Claims (15)
- 개시제-전구체로서 하기 화학식 (I)의 화합물을 포함하는 알칸 및 순수한 삼산화황으로부터 알칸 설폰산을 제조하기 위한 조성물:
ALK-SO2-O-O-X (I),
상기 ALK는 분지형 또는 비분지형 알킬기이고, X는 수소, 아연, 알루미늄, 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬기는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 부틸, 이소 프로필, 이소 부틸기 또는 고급 알킬기이고, 상기 알칸은 메탄이며, 상기 알칸 설폰산은 메탄 설폰산인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칸 설폰산을 제조하기 위한 조성물.
- 개시제-전구체로서의 제3항의 혼합물을 포함하는 알칸 및 순수한 삼산화황으로부터 알칸 설폰산을 제조하기 위한 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 알칸은 메탄이고, 상기 알칸 설폰산은 메탄 설폰산인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

- 1 내지 200 bar의 압력을 설정하는 단계;
- 알칸 설폰산 또는 알칸 설폰산을 함유하는 용액을 30 % 내지 100 % (w/w) 과산화수소 용액과 반응시켜 개시제-전구체로서 제1항에 정의된 화학식 (I)의 화합물 또는 제3항의 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
- 개시제-전구체 또는 이의 용액을 반응기에 첨가하는 단계; 및
- 반응 혼합물의 온도를 0 ℃ 내지 100 ℃로 조절하는 단계.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 알칸 설폰산은 메탄 설폰산이고, 상기 알칸은 메탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 증류 또는 추출에 의해 반응 생성물을 정제하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
