Claims (16)
- (a) 염소화된 폴리비닐 클로라이드(CPVC) 수지, 및 (b) 1) 유기계 안정제, 2) 상기 CPVC 수지 100 중량부 당 0.1 내지 3.0 중량부의 제올라이트 및 선택적으로 3) C6 내지 C12 금속 카르복실레이트로 본질적으로 이루어지는 안정제 시스템을 함유하는 강성(rigid) CPVC 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, CPVC 수지가 64 내지 67wt%의 염소를 보유하는 강성 CPVC 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안정제 시스템이 상기 CPVC 수지 100 중량부 당 0.1 내지 6.0 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 강성 CPVC 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기계 안정제가 상기 CPVC 수지 100중량부 당 0.1 내지 2.0 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 강성 CPVC 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트가 미크론이하의 입자 크기를 나타내는 강성 CPVC 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 C6 내지 C12 금속 카르복실레이트가 상기 CPVC 수지 100 중량부당 0.1 내지 3.0 중량부로 존재하는 강성 CPVC 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제올라이트 대 C6 내지 C12 금속 카르복실레이트의 중량비가 6:1 내지 1:6 사이인 강성 CPVC 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기계 안정제가 우라실 유도체인 강성 CPVC 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기계 안정제가 6-아미노-1,3-디메틸우라실인 강성 CPVC 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 C6 내지 C12 금속 카르복실레이트의 카르복실레이트가 수베레이트, 아젤레이트, 세바케이트 및 운데칸디오에이트 중 하나 이상인 강성 CPVC 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 C6 내지 C12 금속 카르복실레이트가 디소듐 세바케이트인 강성 CPVC 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 강성 CPVC 조성물을 함유하는 파이프.
- 1) 유기계 안정제, 2) 염소화된 폴리비닐 클로라이드(CPVC) 수지 100 중량부 당 0.1 내지 3.0 중량부의 제올라이트 및 선택적으로 C6 내지 C12 금속 카르복실레이트로 본질적으로 이루어지는 안정제 시스템을 CPVC 조성물에 이용하는 것을 포함하는, CPVC 조성물을 안정화시키는 방법.
