Claims (20)
- 5-알콕시메틸퍼퓨랄(5-alkoxymethylfurfural)을 출발 물질로 함유하는 피드(feed)와 산화 촉매 존재 하에 산화제가 접촉하는 단계를 포함하는 2,5-퓨란다이카르복시산 및 2,5-퓨란다이카르복시산의 알킬 에스테르 중 적어도 어느 하나의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 출발물질 5-알콕시메틸퍼퓨랄의 알콕시기의 알킬은 C1-C5 알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피드는 추가 출발 물질로써 5-하이드록시메틸퍼퓨랄(hydroxymethylfurfural)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화 촉매는 Co 및 Mn으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 금속을 적어도 하나 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화 촉매는 브롬 소스(source)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 산화 촉매는 Co 및 Mn를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 산화 촉매는 적어도 하나의 추가 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 추가 금속은 지르코늄 및 세륨 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화제는 산소, 공기, 또는 산소를 포함하는 가스들로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피드(feed) 및 상기 산화제가 60 내지 220℃에서 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 피드(feed) 및 상기 산화제가 100 내지 210℃에서 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 피드(feed) 및 상기 산화제가 150 내지 200℃에서 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 피드(feed) 및 상기 산화제가 160 내지 190℃에서 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제조방법은 용매 또는 용매 혼합물이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 모노카르복시산 작용기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 아세트산, 또는 아세트산과 물의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 출발물질 5-알콕시메틸퍼퓨랄의 알콕시기의 알킬이 메틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법으로 2,5-퓨란다이카르복시산 또는 2,5-퓨란다이카르복시산의 알킬 에스테르를 제조하여 반응 생성물을 얻고, 상기 반응 생성물과 C1-C5 알킬알콜을 반응시켜 2,5-퓨란다이카르복시산의 다이알킬에스테르를 얻는 것을 포함하는 2,5-퓨란다이카르복시산의 다이알킬에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,
상기 C1-C5 알킬알콜은 메탄올이고, 상기 다이알킬에스테르는 2,5-퓨란다이카르복시산의 다이메틸에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 탄수화물 소스가 5-알콕시메틸퍼퓨랄 및 선택적으로 5-하이드록시메틸퍼퓨랄을 포함하는 피드(feed)에서 분리된, 5-알콕시메틸퍼퓨랄 및 선택적으로 5-하이드록시메틸퍼퓨랄을 포함하는 생성물로 전환되며,
Co 및 Mn 및 브롬화물을 함유하는 산화촉매 존재하에서 60 내지 220℃의 온도 조건으로 산화제와 상기 피드(feed)를 접촉시키는 다음 단계를 포함하는 2,5-퓨란다이카르복시산의 알킬에스테르 또는 2,5-퓨란다이카르복시산 및 이의 알킬에스테르의 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,
상기 다음 단계는 제1항에 따른 방법에 의하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
