Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 유체 챔버를 형성하는 압력 튜브;상기 압력 튜브 내에 슬라이드 가능하게 배치되며, 상기 유체 챔버를 상부 작동 챔버 및 하부 작동 챔버로 분할하는 피스톤 어셈블리;상기 압력 튜브 주위에 배치된 리저브 튜브;상기 압력 튜브 및 상기 리저브 튜브 사이에 배치되는 중간 튜브로서, 중간 챔버가 상기 중간 튜브와 상기 압력 튜브 사이에서 규정되고, 리저버(reservoir) 챔버가 상기 중간 튜브와 상기 리저브 튜브 사이에서 규정되는 것인 중간 튜브; 및상기 리저브 튜브에 설치되며, 상기 중간 챔버와 연결되는 입구 및 상기 리저버 챔버와 연결되는 출구를 구비하는 제어 어셈블리를 포함하되,상기 제어 어셈블리는,상기 입구와 상기 출구 사이에 위치하는 제1 밸브 어셈블리; 및상기 제1 밸브 어셈블리와 상기 출구 사이에 위치하는 제2 가변 어셈블리를 포함하고,상기 제어 어셈블리를 통한 모든 유체 흐름동안, 상기 제1 밸브 어셈블리로부터의 모든 유체 흐름은 항상 제2 밸브 어셈블리를 통하여 흐르도록 상기 제1 및 제2 밸브 어셈블리는 상기 입구와 상기 출구 사이에 연속하여 있고;상기 제2 가변 밸브 어셈블리는 충격 완충기에 대한 가변적인 댐핑 특성을 생성하기 위하여 유체 흐름을 제어하고;상기 제2 가변 밸브 어셈블리는 밸브 시트, 플런저, 및 상기 밸브 시트로부터 상기 플런저를 분리시키는 유압을 결정하는 솔레노이드 밸브 어셈블리를 포함하는 충격 완충기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 중간 챔버 내의 유압은,상기 제2 밸브 어셈블리를 개방하도록 상기 플런저를 상기 밸브 시트로부터 분리시키기 위하여 상기 밸브 시트로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 상기 플런저를 압박하는 충격 완충기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 밸브 어셈블리의 바이어싱 부재는 코일 스프링인 충격 완충기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 밸브 어셈블리는,상기 제1 밸브 어셈블리와 상기 제2 밸브 어셈블리 사이에 지속적으로 개방된 유체 통로를 규정하는 충격 완충기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 밸브 어셈블리의 밸브 바디는 중심 개구를 규정하고,상기 제1 밸브 어셈블리는 상기 중심 개구를 통하여 신장하는 밸브 핀과 흡입 디스크를 압박하여 상기 밸브 바디에 맞물리도록 상기 흡입 디스크에 맞대어 상기 밸브 핀을 압박하는 바이어싱 부재를 더 포함하는 충격 완충기.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 제어 어셈블리는,상기 밸브 바디와 직접 맞물리고, 상기 밸브 시트와 직접 맞물리는 씰을 더 포함하는 충격 완충기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제어 어셈블리는,상기 제1 밸브 어셈블리와 상기 리저브 튜브 사이에 배치된 부착 피팅을 더 포함하는 충격 완충기.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 제어 어셈블리는,상기 제1 밸브 어셈블리의 밸브 바디와 직접 맞물리고, 상기 부착 피팅과 직접 맞물리는 씰을 더 포함하는 충격 완충기.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 제1 밸브 어셈블리의 밸브 바디는 중심 개구를 규정하고,상기 제1 밸브 어셈블리는 상기 중심 개구를 통하여 신장하는 밸브 핀과 흡입 디스크를 압박하여 상기 밸브 바디에 맞물리도록 상기 흡입 디스크에 맞대어 상기 밸브 핀을 압박하는 바이어싱 부재를 더 포함하는 충격 완충기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 밸브 어셈블리는,밸브 바디,상기 밸브 바디와 맞물리는 흡입 디스크, 및상기 밸브 바디와 맞물리도록 상기 흡입 디스크를 압박하는 제1 바이어싱 부재를 포함하는 충격 완충기.
