Claims (13)
- 열가소성 폴리머 외피 및 그안에 포획된 추진제를 포함하는 열팽창성 미소구를 포함하는 수성 슬러리에 있어서,상기 슬러리는검, 셀룰로오스, 키틴, 키토산, 글리칸, 갈락탄, 펙틴, 만난, 덱스트린,아크릴릭 애시드 또는 아크릴릭 애시드의 염을 포함하는 모노머로부터 제조된 코-폴리머,아크릴릭 애시드의 아미드 또는 에스테르를 포함하는 모노머로부터 제조된 호모- 및 코-폴리머,메트아크릴릭 애시드, 메트아크릴릭 애시드의 에스테르 또는 아미드를 포함하는 모노머로부터 제조된 호모 및 코-폴리머,고무 라텍스, 폴리(비닐 클로라이드) 및 코폴리머, 폴리(비닐 에스테르) 및 코-폴리머, 폴리(비닐 알콜) 및 코-폴리머, 폴리아민 및 코-폴리머, 폴리에틸렌이민, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 및 코-폴리머, 폴리프로필렌 옥사이드 및 코-폴리머, 폴리우레탄, 및, 아미노플라스트 및 페노플라스트 초기축합물 및 폴리아미도아민 에피클로로하이드린 수지로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 부분적으로 수용성인 폴리머를 더 포함하는 수성 슬러리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 부분적으로 수용성인 폴리머는 설페이트, 설 포네이트 및 4차 암모늄 그룹 중 하나 이상의 작용기로 치환된 폴리머로 구성된 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수성 슬러리.
- 제 1항 또는 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 부분적으로 수용성인 폴리머는CMC, EHEC, 구아 검, 폴리아미도아민 에피클로로하이드린 수지,아크릴릭 애시드 또는 아크릴릭 애시드의 염을 포함하는 모노머로부터 제조된 코-폴리머,폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리아민, 폴리(비닐 알콜), 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 및 폴리프로필렌 옥사이드의, 호모- 또는 코-폴리머로 구성된 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수성 슬러리.
- 제 1항 또는 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 부분적으로 수용성인 폴리머는 500 이상의 평균 분자량을 가지는 폴리머로 구성된 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수성 슬러리.
- 제 1항 또는 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리의 pH는 2.5 이상임을 특징으로 하는 수성 슬러리.
- 제 1항 또는 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미소구의 열가소성 폴리머 외피는 비닐리덴 할라이드 모노머를 포함하는 에틸렌적으로 불포화된 모노머로부터의 코-폴리머로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 수성 슬러리.
- 제 1항 또는 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리는 20 내지 55 중량%의 팽창가능한 미소구를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수성 슬러리.
- 제 1항 또는 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리는 0.1 내지 15 중량%의 상기 적어도 부분적으로 수용성인 폴리머를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수성 슬러리.
- 제 1항 또는 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점성도는 25℃에서 150 내지 1000 mPas임을 특징으로 하는 수성 슬러리.
- 열가소성 폴리머 외피 및 그 안에 포획된 추진제를 포함하는 열팽창성 미소구의 수성 슬러리에 적어도 부분적으로 수용성인 폴리머를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는, 제 1항 또는 2항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 슬러리를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 적어도 부분적으로 수용성인 폴리머는검, 셀룰로오스, 키틴, 키토산, 글리칸, 갈락탄, 펙틴, 만난, 덱스트린,아크릴릭 애시드 또는 아크릴릭 애시드의 염을 포함하는 모노머로부터 제조된 코-폴리머,아크릴릭 애시드의 아미드 또는 에스테르를 포함하는 모노머로부터 제조된 호모- 및 코-폴리머,메트아크릴릭 애시드, 메트아크릴릭 애시드의 에스테르 또는 아미드를 포함하는 모노머로부터 제조된 호모 및 코-폴리머,고무 라텍스, 폴리(비닐 클로라이드) 및 코폴리머, 폴리(비닐 에스테르) 및 코-폴리머, 폴리(비닐 알콜) 및 코-폴리머, 폴리아민 및 코-폴리머, 폴리에틸렌이민, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 및 코-폴리머, 폴리프로필렌 옥사이드 및 코-폴리머, 폴리우레탄, 및 아미노플라스트와 페노플라스트 초기축합물 및 폴리아미도아민 에피클로로하이드린 수지로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수성 슬러리의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리는 종이 또는 부직포의 제조에서 이들의 벌크를 증가시키기 위하여 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 수성 슬러리.
- 섬유질을 포함하는 지료 또는 섬유질의 웹에 제 1항 또는 2항 중 어느 한 항의 열팽창성 미소구를 포함하는 슬러리를 첨가하는 단계,상기 지료 또는 웹으로부터 종이 또는 부직포를 형성하는 단계, 및미소구가 팽창하기에 충분하게 미소구의 온도를 올리기 위하여 열을 처리하여, 이로써 종이 또는 부직포의 벌크를 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는,섬유질로부터 종이 또는 부직포의 제조 방법.
- 셀룰로오스 섬유를 함유하는 지료에 제 1항 또는 2항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열팽창성 미소구를 포함하는 슬러리를 첨가하는 단계,상기 지료를 와이어 상에서 탈수시켜, 종이를 수득하는 단계, 및미소구를 팽창시키고 종이의 벌크를 증가시키기에 충분하게 열을 처리하여 이로써 미소구의 온도를 올려 종이를 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는,종이의 제조 방법.
