Forfarande for framstallning av expanderbara termoplastiska mikrosfarer genom polymerisation i ett reaktionskarl av en eteniskt omattad monomer eller blandning av monomerer i vattenhaltig suspension i narvaro av en kondenserad drivgas. Vid forfarandet suspenderas monomeren eller monomerblandningen i det vattenhaltiga mediet i nArvaro av en pulverstabilisator vilken utgores av ett salt eller hydroxid av nAgon av metallerna Ca, Mg, Ba, Fe, Zn, Ni, eller Mn. Pulverstabilisatorn Sr olOslig i det vattenhaltiga mediet vid det pH vArde det vattenhaltiga mediet har vid polymerisationen. Det vattenhaltiga mediet kan Aven innehAlla en co-stabilisator. Forfarandet omfattar Aven att pulverstabilisatorn efter polymerisationen borttvAttas frAn mikrosfArerna genom sAnkning av pH vArdet hos det vattenhaltiga mediet genom syratillsats. (54) BENXMNING EXPANDERBARA TERMOPLASTISKA MIKROSFXRER SAMT FORFARANDE FoR FRAMSTXLLNING DKRAV (57) SAMMANDRAG Forfarande for framstallning av expanderbara termoplastiska mikrosfarer genom polymerisation i ett reaktionskarl av en eteniskt omattad monomer eller blandning av monomerer i vattenhaltig suspension i narvaro av en kondenserad drivgas. Vid forfarandet suspenderas monomeren eller monomerblandningen i det vattenhaltiga mediet i nArvaro av en pulverstabilisator vilken utgores av ett salt eller hydroxid av nAgon av metallerna Ca, Mg, Ba, Fe, Zn, Ni, eller Mn.
