Claims (10)
- 이동 전달 유닛들용 슬라이드 레일을 따라 간격을 두고 배치된 피더와 상기 전달 유닛 상의 유도 전류 컬렉터 사이에 비접촉 전력 전송, 및 중앙 제어 스테이션과 상기 전달 유닛 안에 설치된 제어기 사이에 비접촉 데이터 전송을 구비한 전기 텔퍼에 있어서,양 단부에 종단저항들(Ra)을 구비하며, 상기 피더(4)의 동일 자계선(4.1)에 위치하는 두 개의 평행 도체들(7a, 7b)을 구비한 데이터 전송 루프(7)가 상기 피더(4)를 따라서 소정 간격을 두고 배치되어 있으며, 상기 데이터 전송 루프(7)는 전송 스테이션(10)을 통하여 중앙 제어 스테이션(18)에 직접 결합되어 있고, 통신 모듈(6)을 통하여 상기 전달 유닛(12)의 제어기(13)와 유도 접속되어 있으며; 상기 통신 모듈(6)은 중간 주파수 범위 내의 두 개의 다른 주파수들에서 정현파 시퀀스들의 형태로 디지털 신호들의 유도 전송을 위해 상기 데이터 전송 루프(7)에 간격을 두고 전송 또는 수신 코일(8, 9)을 구비한 송수신 페라이트 코어들(6.1; 6.2)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전기 텔퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 홀더(5)가 상기 피더(4)를 수용하는 피더 브래킷들(2) 중 하나에 장착될 수 있으며, 상기 데이터 전송 루프(7)의 두 도체들(7a, 7b)은 홀딩 덕트들(5a, 5b) 안에서 서로에 평행하게 고정될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 전기 텔퍼.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홀더(5)는 상기 피더 브래킷(2)의 홀딩 덕트(3)를 슬립-온 방식으로 이어주도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기 텔퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 송수신 페라이트 코어들(6.1, 6.2)은 E-형으로 구성되며, 간격을 두고 상기 데이터 전송 루프(7)와 대면하고 있는 상기 코어들의 개개의 중심 웨브(web)들은 전송 코일(8) 또는 수신 코일(9)을 수용함을 특징으로 하는 전기 텔퍼.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 송수신 커플러(6.3, 6.4), 송수신 섹션(6.5, 6.6), 및 상기 제어기(13)에 접속된 처리 유닛(6.7)이 상기 통신 모듈(6) 내의 상기 송수신 페라이트 코어들(6.1, 6.2)에 할당됨을 특징으로 하는 전기 텔퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 데이터 공급선(11)을 통하여 상기 데이터 전송 루프(7)에 접속된 상기 전송 스테이션(10)은 송수신 커플러(10.1), 송수신 섹션(10.2; 10.3), 및 상기 중앙 제어 스테이션에 접속된 처리 유닛(10.4)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전기 텔퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유도에 의해 전송된 부호화 디지털 데이터의 두 개의 다른 고정 주파수들은 정현파 신호들임을 특징으로 하는 전기 텔퍼.
- 제1항 내지 제4항, 제6항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이동 전달 유닛(12)의 제어기(13)는 구동 유닛(15), 감지 및 제어 장치(16), 및 위치 스캐너(17)에 접속됨을 특징으로 하는 전기 텔퍼.
- 제1항 내지 제4항, 제6항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 텔퍼는 다중 텔퍼 섹션들을 포함하며, 상기 다중 텔퍼 섹션들 각각은 데이터 전송 루프(7) 및 데이터 전송 루프(7)에 접속된 전송 스테이션에 할당됨을 특징으로 하는 전기 텔퍼.
- 제1항 내지 제4항, 제6항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전달 유닛들(12)은 상기 데이터 전송 루프(7) 상에서 전송된 모든 데이터를 수신할 수 있으며, 이로써 모든 이동 전달 유닛들의 국부적 방향독립성 통신충돌 보호 기능을 작동가능하게 함을 특징으로 하는 전기 텔퍼.
