Claims (17)
- 5 내지 1000 kg/m3 범위의 밀도, 1 ㎛ 내지 1 mm 범위의 평균기공직경, 0.1 내지 50 m2/g 범위의 BET 표면적 및, 50 mm의 층두께와 2000 Hz의 주파수에서 50 % 이상의 음향 흡수 인자를 갖는 개질된 개방셀 발포체로서,상기 개질된 개방셀 발포체는 비개질된 개방셀 발포체의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 4000 ppm의 범위로 5 nm 내지 900 nm 범위인 평균 직경(수평균)을 갖는 고정 입자(fixed particle)(b)를 포함하는 것인 개질된 개방셀 발포체.
- 개질된 개방셀 발포체를 제조하는 방법으로,(a) 5 내지 1000 kg/m3 범위의 밀도, 1 ㎛ 내지 1 mm 범위의 평균기공직경, 0.1 내지 50 m2/g의 BET 표면적 및, 50 mm의 층두께와 2000 Hz의 주파수에서 50 % 이상의 음향 흡수 인자를 갖는 개방셀 발포체를,(b) 5 nm 내지 900 nm 범위의 평균 직경(수평균)을 갖는 입자와 접촉시키는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,입자(b)가 하나 이상의 무기 물질을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,입자(b)가 비개질된 발포체(a)의 표면에 있는 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 그 표면에 갖는 무기 입자를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,먼저 입자(b)를 단일 용매 또는 용매 혼합물에 분산시킨 다음, 비개질된 발포체(a)와 접촉시키는 것인 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,개방셀 발포체(a)가 합성 유기 발포체를 포함하는 발포체인 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,발포체(a)가 폴리우레탄 발포체 또는 아미노플라스트 발포체인 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,발포체(a)를 입자(b)와 접촉시킨 이후에 30 내지 250℃의 범위의 온도로 가열하는 것인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 따른 개질된 개방셀 발포체 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 개질된 개방셀 발포체를 사용하여 자동차 부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 개질된 개방셀 발포체 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 개질된 개방셀 발포체를 사용하여 필터를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 개질된 개방셀 발포체 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 개질된 개방셀 발포체를 사용하여 공기 조절 시스템(air conditioning system)을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 개질된 개방셀 발포체 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 개질된 개방셀 발포체를 사용하여 미스트 분리기를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 개질된 개방셀 발포체 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 개질된 개방셀 발포체를 사용하여 제조된 자동차 부품, 필터, 미스트 분리기 또는 공기 조절 시스템.
- 제1항에 따른 개질된 개방셀 발포체 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 개질된 개방셀 발포체를 포함하는 자동차 부품, 필터, 미스트 분리기 또는 공기 조절 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 따른 개질된 개방셀 발포체 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 개질된 개방셀 발포체를 사용하여 표면을 세정하는 방법.
