Claims (14)

- 제9항에 있어서, 처리 대역을 퍼어징시키는 단계가, 처리 대역내의 압력을 감소시키고, 실질적으로 불순물이 없는 적합한 퍼어지 개스를 80 내지 250℃ 범위의 온도에서 상기 처리 대역으로 통과시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 추가량의 퍼어지 개스를 처리대역으로 통과시켜 처리대역의 온도를 저하시킴을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불순물이 수소를 추가로 포함하고, 단계(b)가 수소를 수증기로 전환시키기 위한 하나이상의 산화촉매를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 수소를 수증기로 전환시키기 위한 산화촉매가 지지된 팔라듐인 방법.
