係るものであり、第２図は圧力鋳込み成形装置の
全体を示す側面図、第３図はその脱型工程を示す
部分側面図、第４図は成形型の合せ面を示す部分
縦断面図、第５図は焼成後の製品の部分縦断面図
である。 ３ａ，３ｂ……濾過材層、６……成形空間、１
３ａ，１３ｂ……型合せ面、１８……圧力鋳込み
型、１９ａ，１９ｂ……多孔質部、２０ａ，２０
ｂ……シール部材。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上下等に分割可能な型の合せ面に濾過材層を設
    けて成形空間を形成し、該成形空間へ泥漿を注入
    し、前記濾過材層へ泥漿を着肉させた後、不要な
    泥漿を排出して衛生陶器等を成形する圧力鋳込み
    型において、各型の合せ面の成形空間側から外部
    側へ所定寸法に亘つた領域に、濾過材層と同質の
    多孔質部を形成し、該多孔質部と型外部との間の
    領域にエア漏れ及び泥漿漏れを防止するためのシ
    ール部材を配設したことを特徴とする圧力鋳込み
    型のシール構造。
