Al(OTf)3:0.6モル%
実験は、合成ガスで1回実施し、比較実験として純粋なCOで実施した。合成ガスは、COとH2の混合物であった。両方の実験において、COは、20バールの圧力で供給した。合成ガスを用いた実験では、H2も同様に20バールで供給し、合計圧力が40バールになった。
エステルの収率:
CO:47%
CO+H2:67%
(1):0.12モル%
Al(OTf)3:0.6モル%
一連の実験は、20バールの一定のCO圧力で実施した。H2圧力は、下記の表に従って変化させた。
Claims (3)
- a)最初にオレフィンを投入する工程、
b)式(1):
のリガンドを添加する工程、
c)Pd(acac) 2 を添加する工程、
d)メタノールを添加する工程、
e)COおよびH2を供給し、H2を供給する圧力を0.9MPa(9バール)~2.1MPa(21バール)とする工程、
f)前記工程a)~前記工程e)の反応混合物を加熱し、前記オレフィンをエステルに転化する工程
を含み、
前記オレフィンが2,2,4-トリメチルペンタ-2-エンであり、
前記e)においてCOとH 2 を供給する圧力の比が1:0.3~1:1.4の範囲である方法。 - d’)アルミニウムトリフラート、硫酸、メチルスルホン酸(MSA)、パラトルエンスルホン酸(p-TSA)から選択される酸を添加する追加工程を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記酸:前記リガンドの比が1モル:1モル~15モル:1モルの範囲である、請求項2記載の方法。
