Xは、B、P及びP=Oから選ばれるいずれか一つであり、
Yは、N-R1、CR2R3、O、S、Se及びSiR4R5から選ばれるいずれか一つであり(複数のYは、互い同一であるか或いは異なる。)、

Q1~Q3、Cy1及びCy2は、上記[化学式B]における定義と同一であり、
Ar1及びRは、それぞれ独立に、水素、重水素、置換又は非置換された炭素数1~30の直鎖状、分枝状又は環状のアルキル基、置換又は非置換された炭素数1~30のハロゲン化された直鎖状、分枝状又は環状のアルキル基、置換又は非置換された炭素数6~50のアリール基、置換又は非置換された炭素数3~30のシクロアルキル基、置換又は非置換された炭素数2~50のヘテロアリール基、置換又は非置換された炭素数1~30のアルキルアミン基、置換又は非置換された炭素数5~30のアリールアミン基、置換又は非置換された炭素数1~30のアルキルシリル基、置換又は非置換された炭素数6~30のアリールシリル基、シアノ基及びハロゲン基から選ばれるいずれか一つであり、
Ar2は、互いに同一であるか或いは異なり、それぞれ独立に、置換又は非置換された炭素数6~50のアリール基、又は置換又は非置換された炭素数2~50のヘテロアリール基であり、
前記Ar1はそれぞれQ2又はQ3と連結されて脂環族又は芳香族の単一環又は多環をさらに形成可能であり、
nは1~7の整数であり、前記nが2以上である場合に、それぞれのRは、互いに同一であるか或いは異なり、
Lは単一結合であるか、置換又は非置換された炭素数6~30のアリーレン基又は置換又は非置換された炭素数1~30のヘテロアリーレン基から選ばれるいずれか一つである。
