Claims (5)
- 第1電極、該第1電極に対向している第2電極、前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に介在している正孔注入層又は正孔輸送層及び発光層を含み、
(i)前記正孔注入層又は前記正孔輸送層は、下記[化学式A]で表示される化合物を1種以上含み、
(ii)前記発光層は、下記[化学式1]、[化学式33]及び[化学式95]のいずれか一つで表示される化合物を含むことを特徴とする有機発光素子:

上記[化学式A]において、
Lは、単一結合であり、
nは、1であり、
Arは、置換又は非置換された炭素数5~50のアリール基及び置換又は非置換された炭素数2~50のヘテロアリール基から選ばれるいずれか一つであり、
Ra~Rcは、互いに同一であるか又は異なり、それぞれ独立に、水素、重水素、置換又は非置換された炭素数1~30のアルキル基、置換又は非置換された炭素数6~50のアリール基、置換又は非置換された炭素数3~30のシクロアルキル基、置換又は非置換された炭素数2~50のヘテロアリール基、置換又は非置換された炭素数1~30のアルコキシ基、置換又は非置換された炭素数6~30のアリールオキシ基、置換又は非置換された炭素数1~30のアルキルチオキシ基、置換又は非置換された炭素数5~30のアリールチオキシ基、置換又は非置換された炭素数1~30のアルキルアミン基、置換又は非置換された炭素数5~30のアリールアミン基、置換又は非置換された炭素数1~30のアルキルシリル基、置換又は非置換された炭素数5~30のアリールシリル基、ニトロ基、シアノ基及びハロゲン基から選ばれるいずれか一つであり、
前記RbとRcは、それぞれ互いに連結されて脂環族又は芳香族の単環又は多環リングをさらに形成可能である。

- 上記[化学式A]で表示される前記化合物は、下記化学式で表示される化合物から選ばれるいずれか一つの化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記第1電極と第2電極との間には、前記正孔注入層、前記正孔輸送層及び前記発光層の他に、電子注入層、電子輸送層、電子遮断層、正孔遮断層及び正孔補助層から選ばれるいずれか1層以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- それぞれの前記層から選ばれる1以上の層は、蒸着工程又は溶液工程によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機発光素子は、平板ディスプレイ装置;フレキシブルディスプレイ装置;単色又は白色の平板照明用装置;及び、単色又は白色のフレキシブル照明用装置;から選ばれるいずれか一つに用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
