Claims (13)

前記圧縮モールド装置の前記第1の部分を前記圧縮モールド装置の第2の部分の中に並進移動させるステップであって、前記第2の部分は、前記複数のピンチピンと整列する第2の複数のピンチピンを有し、前記第2の複数のピンチピン及び前記複数のピンチピンは、前記導電性金属フォームインゴットの装入物を浮かせる、並進移動させるステップと;
前記導電性金属フォームインゴットの装入物を浮かせることによって生成される空間にオーバーモールディング材料を導入するステップであって、前記オーバーモールディング材料は、前記導電性金属フォームインゴットの装入物にしみ込む、導入するステップと;を含む、
