Description
本願は、2017年1月9日に出願された、「回収装置(RETRIEVAL DEVICE)」に係る米国仮特許出願第62/444,144号の利益を主張するものであり、その全ての開示は参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (23)
- 人間の体内から対象物を回収するための内視鏡装置であって、
ハンドルと、前記ハンドルに取り付けられた第1の端部、第2の端部及びストッパを有するリンクと、を備える伝達アセンブリと、
ループ部及び少なくとも一つの脚部を画定するワイヤであって、前記少なくとも一つの脚部は、前記ループ部に近接して配設され、前記少なくとも一つの脚部の近位端部は、前記リンクの前記第2の端部に固定された、ワイヤと、
前記ループ部に固定されたループセクションを有するネットエレメントと、
を備え、
前記ループ部は、基部に対する前記ハンドルの作動により拡張位置と折り畳み位置との間を移動可能であり、
前記ループ部の最大幅部は、前記ループ部の長さの中間点よりも前記ループ部の近位端部に近接しており、
前記ループ部の近位部分に取り付けられた少なくとも一つのアームをさらに備え、
前記少なくとも一つのアームの近位端部は、前記ハンドルに取り付けられており、
前記少なくとも一つのアームは、前記ループ部を拡大又は縮小させるように作動可能であり、
前記ストッパは、前記ループ部が前記折り畳み位置から展開位置まで押されるときに、前記リンクを固定し、前記アームは、前記リンクが固定されている間に前記ループ部を前記拡張位置へとさらに押す、ことを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 前記ループ部の前記長さの前記中間点から前記ループ部の前記最大幅部までの距離は、前記長さの3%~45%である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ループ部の前記長さの前記中間点から前記ループ部の前記最大幅部までの距離は、前記長さの10%~35%である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ループ部の前記長さの前記中間点から前記ループ部の前記最大幅部までの距離は、前記長さの12%~25%である、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ネットエレメントは、前記リンクに固定された後尾セクションをさらに備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記後尾セクションはつなぎ綱により前記リンクに固定されている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記後尾セクションは前記リンクに接着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記後尾セクションは10~25mmの幅を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ループ部は、前記ネットエレメントを通過し、前記ネットエレメントの縁部を囲み、同一の面から再び前記ネットエレメントを通過する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 以下の複数のパターンをさらに有し、
前記ループ部は、前記ネットエレメントを通過し、前記ネットエレメントの縁部を囲み、同一の面から再び前記ネットエレメントを通過する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記ループ部の少なくとも一つの脚部は、前記ネットエレメントの前記ループセクションと前記後尾セクションとの間に画定された角部から1mm~6mmの位置において前記後尾セクションを通過する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ループ部の両方の脚部は、前記角部から1mm~6mmの位置において前記後尾セクションを通過する、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ループ部の少なくとも一つの脚部は、前記角部から2mm~5mmの位置において前記後尾セクションを通過する、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ループ部の両方の脚部は、前記角部から2mm~5mmの位置において前記後尾セクションを通過する、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ループ部の少なくとも一つの脚部は、前記ネットエレメントの前記ループセクションと前記後尾セクションとの間に画定された角部から少なくとも4mmの位置において前記後尾セクションを通過する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ループ部の両方の脚部は、前記角部から少なくとも2mmの位置において前記後尾セクションを通過する、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 少なくとも一つのネットエレメントは、異なるネット外形状及び/又は異なるネット材料の組み合わせを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ループ部は、一方の側だけに向けて曲がるように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ループ部又は前記ネットエレメントは、着色が施されているか又は符号が付されており、あるいは、前記ループ部又は前記ネットエレメントの位置を認識可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 基部及び細長い管状部材を有する支持アセンブリをさらに備え、
前記ハンドルは、前記基部に向けて移動可能であり、前記リンクは、前記管状部材の少なくとも一部を通って延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記管状部材の遠位開口部は、拡大しているか、あるいは外方に向けて広がっている、ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記管状部材の遠位部分の内側面は平滑でありかつ非外傷性である、ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記管状部材の遠位部分の外側面は平滑でありかつ非外傷性である、ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の内視鏡装置。
