Description
Claims (18)
- 隣接して配置された一対のセルを含む電池の前記一対のセルの間に配置され、前記一対のセルの対向する表面を覆うように配置される電池用断熱材であって、
前記一対のセルの一方の前記表面に対向して配置される断熱部と、
前記断熱部より圧縮変形しやすい緩衝部と、
を含み、
前記緩衝部の少なくとも一部は、前記断熱部より前記一方のセルの前記表面に近い位置に配置され、
前記断熱材の平面視において、前記断熱部及び前記緩衝部は、前記断熱部が海部分であり、前記緩衝部が複数の島部分である海島構造を形成するよう配置されている、
電池用断熱材。 - 隣接して配置された一対のセルを含む電池の前記一対のセルの間に配置され、前記一対のセルの対向する表面を覆うように配置される電池用断熱材であって、
前記一対のセルの一方の前記表面に対向して配置される断熱部と、
前記断熱部より圧縮変形しやすい緩衝部と、
を含み、
前記緩衝部の少なくとも一部は、前記断熱部より前記一方のセルの前記表面に近い位置に配置され、
前記断熱材の平面視において、前記断熱部及び前記緩衝部は、海島構造を形成するよう配置され、前記緩衝部は、その一部又は全部が格子状に形成されている、
電池用断熱材。 - 隣接して配置された一対のセルを含む電池の前記一対のセルの間に配置され、前記一対のセルの対向する表面を覆うように配置される電池用断熱材であって、
前記一対のセルの一方の前記表面に対向して配置される断熱部と、
前記断熱部より圧縮変形しやすい緩衝部と、
を含み、
前記緩衝部の少なくとも一部は、前記断熱部より前記一方のセルの前記表面に近い位置に配置され、
前記緩衝部は、厚さが異なる複数の部分を含む、
電池用断熱材。 - 隣接して配置された一対のセルを含む電池の前記一対のセルの間に配置され、前記一対のセルの対向する表面を覆うように配置される電池用断熱材であって、
前記一対のセルの一方の前記表面に対向して配置される断熱部と、
前記断熱部より圧縮変形しやすい緩衝部と、
を含み、
前記緩衝部の少なくとも一部は、前記断熱部より前記一方のセルの前記表面に近い位置に配置され、
前記緩衝部は、金属バネである、
電池用断熱材。 - 前記緩衝部の圧縮弾性率は、前記断熱部のそれより小さい、
請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の電池用断熱材。 - 前記緩衝部の10%圧縮歪み時の圧縮応力は、前記断熱部のそれより小さい、
請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の電池用断熱材。 - 前記断熱部の23℃における熱伝導率は、前記緩衝部のそれより小さい、
請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の電池用断熱材。 - 前記緩衝部は、前記一対のセルの対向する表面に対して平行な前記断熱部の表面上に配置されている、
請求項1に記載の電池用断熱材。 - 前記格子状の緩衝部は、複数のノード部と、各々が前記複数のノード部のうち隣接する2つを接続する複数の接続部とを含む、
請求項2に記載の電池用断熱材。 - 前記断熱部は、多孔体である、
請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の電池用断熱材。 - 前記断熱部は、粉体の加圧成形体である、
請求項10に記載の電池用断熱材。 - 前記断熱部は、繊維体である、
請求項10に記載の電池用断熱材。 - 前記緩衝部は、繊維体である、
請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の電池用断熱材。 - 前記緩衝部は、エラストマー成形体である、
請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の電池用断熱材。 - 前記断熱部の23℃における熱伝導率は、0.3W/(m・K)以下である、
請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の電池用断熱材。 - 前記断熱部の厚さは、0.05mm以上、100mm以下である、
請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の電池用断熱材。 - 請求項1乃至16のいずれかに記載の断熱材を含む電池。
- 隣接して配置された一対のセルを含み、
前記断熱材は、前記一対のセルの間に配置される、
請求項17に記載の電池。
