Description
(a)樹脂成分として、少なくとも40重量%のジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)(ここでMDIは、4,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、またはそれと2,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートとの混合物である)の含有量を有する少なくとも1つのNCO末端ポリウレタンプレポリマーと、
(b)硬化成分として、少なくとも3つの異なるポリオールを含むポリオール混合物と
を含有するポリウレタン系二成分積層用接着剤組成物に関する。
樹脂系:
NCO含有量12~14重量%およびNCO:OH比3.9:1を有するNCO末端MDIプレポリマーは、以下のものからなる。
OH価330~370mgKOH/gおよび官能価f=3を有するポリオール混合物は、以下のものからなる。

NCO含有量9.0~10.5重量%を有するNCO末端TDIプレポリマーは、トルエンジイソシアネート(TDI)プレポリマー*100重量%からなる。
OH価155~175mgKOH/gおよび官能価f=2.5を有するポリエステル混合物は、以下のものからなる。
Super Combi 2000積層装置を使用して、複合フィルムを製造する。接合対象のフィルム(OPAまたはmetOPP)の1つに接着剤組成物を2g/m2の量で塗布し、次いで、圧力下で、このフィルムを第2のフィルム(PEまたはOPP)に積層する。積層ユニットの有効ローラー圧は、最大200N(20kg)の力に相当する。
室温で14日間硬化させた後に、DIN 53357規格に基づいて、Instron製の引張試験機(Instron 4301)によって接合接着力を決定する。この目的のために、複合フィルムの試験片(試料幅15mm)をクランプジョーの間に挟み、次いで、100m/分の引き離し速度、90℃の引き離し角度および5~10cmの引き離し長さで引き離す。15mmの試料幅に対する最大印加力の三重決定の平均値を得る。
接着剤が「実質的に移行しない」と考えられるまでフィルムを接合した後の待ち時間を示す。これは、第一級芳香族アミン(PAA)の含有量が、充填材100ml当たり0.2pg未満の場合である。充填材または充填材模擬物として3%酢酸を使用する。使用される包装は、接着剤によって製造され、ヒートシールによって充填材を封入し、PE側が包装の内側とシーリングシームの内側とを形成するOPA/PE積層体である。ドイツ連邦共和国の食品物品飼料法典(LFGB)の第64条、方法L 00.006に準拠し、測光によって、第一級芳香族アミンの含有量を決定する。

metOPP:メタライズドOPP(アルミニウム被覆OPP)
本発明の好ましい態様は以下を包含する。
〔1〕特に積層フィルム用のポリウレタン系二成分積層用接着剤組成物であって、前記積層用接着剤組成物の総重量を基準として、
(a)樹脂成分として、少なくとも40重量%のジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)の含有量を有する少なくとも1つのNCO末端ポリウレタンプレポリマーと、ここで前記MDIは、4,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、またはそれと2,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートとの混合物である、
(b)硬化成分として、少なくとも3つの異なるポリオールを含むポリオール混合物と
を含有し、
前記二成分積層用接着剤組成物は、前記接着剤組成物の総重量を基準として、10重量%未満のポリエステル含有量を有する、ポリウレタン系二成分積層用接着剤組成物。
〔2〕前記硬化成分の前記少なくとも3つの異なるポリオールのうちの1つは、トリオール、特にグリセロールまたはトリメチロールプロパン(TMP)に基づくトリオールであり、
ここで、前記トリオールは、アルキレンオキシド(AO)、特にプロピレンオキシド(PO)が加えられ、700g/mol未満、好ましくは400~<700g/mol、さらに好ましくは450~<700g/molの分子量M w を有し、
前記硬化成分中に、5~90重量%、好ましくは15~60重量%、特に25~40重量%含有され、特に400~<700g/molの分子量M w を有するプロピレンオキシド系トリオールであることを特徴とする、〔1〕に記載の積層用接着剤組成物。
〔3〕前記硬化成分の前記少なくとも3つの異なるポリオールのうちの1つは、好ましくは<150g/molの分子量および/または700~2000mgKOH/g、さらに好ましくは1200~1900mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する脂肪族、二価または多価、好ましくは2~4価のアルコールであり、
前記硬化成分中に、前記アルコールは、0.5~10重量%、好ましくは2~8重量%、特に3~7重量%含有され、特にエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ブタンジオール-1,4、ペンタンジオール-1,5、ヘキサンジオール-1,6、ヘプタンジオール-1,7、オクタンジオール-1,8、グリセロール、トリメチロールプロパンおよびペンタエリスリトールからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、〔1〕~〔2〕のうち少なくとも一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物。
〔4〕前記硬化成分の前記少なくとも3つの異なるポリオールのうちの1つは、トリオール、特にグリセロールまたはトリメチロールプロパン(TMP)に基づくトリオールであり、ここで、前記トリオールは、アルキレンオキシド(AO)、特にプロピレンオキシド(PO)が加えられ、700~1200g/molの分子量M w を有し、特に700~1200g/molの分子量M w を有するプロピレン系トリオールであるか、ヒマシ油であり、
前記硬化成分中に5~80重量%、好ましくは15~70重量%、特に20~65重量%含有されることを特徴とする、〔1〕~〔3〕のうち少なくとも一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物。
〔5〕硬化成分に対する樹脂成分のNCO:OH比が、1.4未満、好ましくは1.3未満、特に1.25未満、さらに好ましくは1.0~1.2であることを特徴とする、〔1〕~〔4〕のいずれか一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物。
〔6〕前記積層用接着剤組成物の前記硬化成分(b)は:
(1)少なくとも1つのトリオール、特にグリセロールまたはトリメチロールプロパン(TMP)に基づくトリオール、ここで、前記トリオールは、アルキレンオキシド(AO)、特にプロピレンオキシド(PO)が加えられ、700g/mol未満、好ましくは400~<700g/mol、さらに好ましくは450~<700g/molの分子量M W を有する;
(2)少なくとも1つの脂肪族二価もしくは多価、好ましくは2~4価の好ましくはモノマーのアルコール;および
(3)少なくとも1つのトリオール、特にグリセロールまたはトリメチロールプロパン(TMP)に基づくトリオール、ここで、前記トリオールは、アルキレンオキシド(AO)、特にプロピレンオキシド(PO)が加えられ、700g/mol超、好ましくは>700~1200g/molの分子量M W を有し、またはヒマシ油
を含有することを特徴とする、〔2〕~〔5〕のいずれか一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物。
〔7〕〔1〕~〔6〕のうち少なくとも一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物であって、
(a)前記組成物は、特にSn系もしくはTi系の金属触媒またはアミン触媒から選択される、少なくとも1つの触媒をさらに含有し;および/または
(b)前記組成物は、40℃の温度で、500~5000mPas、特に600~900mPasの粘度を有し;および/または
(c)前記組成物は、有機溶剤を実質的に含まない
ことを特徴とする積層用接着剤組成物。
〔8〕2つ以上のフィルムを接合するための、〔1〕~〔7〕のうち少なくとも一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物の使用。
〔9〕〔1〕~〔7〕のうち一項以上に記載の積層用接着剤組成物を使用して、少なくとも2つの同一または異なるプラスチックフィルムをその表面の一部または全部にわたり接合することを特徴とする、複合フィルムの製造方法。
〔10〕前記接合対象のフィルムの前記接合対象の表面のうち少なくとも1つに、1~5g/m 2 の量で、前記積層用接着剤組成物を塗布することを特徴とする、〔9〕に記載の方法。
〔11〕〔9〕~〔10〕のうち少なくとも一項に記載の方法に従って製造された複合フィルム。
〔12〕特に医薬品または食品を包装するための包装としての〔11〕に記載の複合フィルムの使用。
Claims (12)
- ポリウレタン系二成分積層用接着剤組成物であって、前記積層用接着剤組成物の総重量を基準として、
(a)樹脂成分として、少なくとも40重量%のジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)の含有量を有する少なくとも1つのNCO末端ポリウレタンプレポリマーと、ここで前記MDIは、4,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、またはそれと2,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートとの混合物である、
(b)3つの異なるポリオールからなる硬化成分と
を含有し、
前記硬化成分の前記3つの異なるポリオールのうちの1つは、アルキレンオキシド(AO)が加えられ、700未満の分子量Mwを有するトリオールであり、
前記硬化成分の前記3つの異なるポリオールのうちの1つは、<150の分子量を有する二価または多価の脂肪族アルコールであり、
前記硬化成分の前記3つの異なるポリオールのうちの1つは、アルキレンオキシド(AO)が加えられ、700~1200の分子量Mwを有するトリオールであるか、またはヒマシ油であり、
前記二成分積層用接着剤組成物は、ポリエステルを含まないか、前記接着剤組成物の総重量を基準として、10重量%未満のポリエステル含有量を有する、ポリウレタン系二成分積層用接着剤組成物。 - 前記アルキレンオキシド(AO)が加えられ、700未満の分子量Mwを有するトリオールは、前記硬化成分中に、5~90重量%含有されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層用接着剤組成物。
- 前記<150の分子量を有する二価または多価の脂肪族アルコールは、0.5~10重量%含有されることを特徴とする、請求項1~2のいずれか一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物。
- 前記アルキレンオキシド(AO)が加えられ、700~1200の分子量Mwを有するトリオールか、ヒマシ油は前記硬化成分中に5~80重量%含有されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物。
- 前記<150の分子量を有する二価または多価の脂肪族アルコールは、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ブタンジオール-1,4、ペンタンジオール-1,5、ヘキサンジオール-1,6、ヘプタンジオール-1,7、オクタンジオール-1,8、グリセロール、トリメチロールプロパンおよびペンタエリスリトールからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物。
- 硬化成分に対する樹脂成分のNCO:OH比が、1.4未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物であって、
(a)前記組成物は、少なくとも1つの触媒をさらに含有し;および/または
(b)前記組成物は、40℃の温度で、500~5000mPasの粘度を有し;および/または
(c)前記組成物は、有機溶剤を実質的に含まない
ことを特徴とする積層用接着剤組成物。 - 2つ以上のフィルムを接合するための、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物の使用。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の積層用接着剤組成物を使用して、少なくとも2つの同一または異なるプラスチックフィルムをその表面の一部または全部にわたり接合することを特徴とする、複合フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記接合対象のフィルムの前記接合対象の表面のうち少なくとも1つに、1~5g/m2の量で、前記積層用接着剤組成物を塗布することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 請求項9~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って製造された複合フィルム。
- 包装としての請求項11に記載の複合フィルムの使用。
