Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の加工工具は、上位装置に取り付けられ、トルクが伝達される上部軸体(6)と、上部軸体(6)に挿入され、同軸上に延びる駆動軸(5)と、駆動軸(5)の先端側に取り付けられる本体駆動軸(14)と、本体駆動軸(14)の先端側に挿入され、刃具(9)が装着されるホルダ(15)と、本体駆動軸(14)の外側を傾動可能に支持する球面軸受(4)と、駆動軸(5)の先端中央の窪みと本体駆動軸(14)の対向する後端中央の窪みに挟まれるように設けられるセンター鋼球(7)と、駆動軸(5)先端外周の長溝(11)と本体駆動軸(14)の孔18に設けられる複数の軸回り鋼球(10)と、を備える。

Claims (2)
- 上位装置に取り付けられ、トルクが伝達される上部軸体(6)と、
前記上部軸体(6)に挿入され、同軸上に延びる駆動軸(5)と、
前記駆動軸(5)の先端側に取り付けられる本体駆動軸(14)と、
前記本体駆動軸(14)の先端側に挿入され、刃具(9)が装着されるホルダ(15)と、
前記本体駆動軸(14)の外側を傾動可能に支持する球面軸受(4)と、
前記駆動軸(5)の先端中央の窪みと前記本体駆動軸(14)の対向する後端中央の窪みに挟まれるように設けられるセンター鋼球(7)と、
前記駆動軸(5)先端外周の長溝(11)と前記本体駆動軸(14)の孔(18)に設けられる複数の軸回り鋼球(10)と、
を備えることを特徴とする加工工具。 - 前記駆動軸(5)を軸方向に付勢するばね(12)が設けられ、前記センター鋼球(7)の中心(8)が、前記球面軸受(4)の中心(13)よりも前記刃具(9)側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加工工具。
