Claims (2)
- タイヤ及び騒音ダンパアセンブリであって、
第1の環状ビード、第2の環状ビード、前記第1の環状ビードと前記第2の環状ビードとの間に延在する本体プライ、前記本体プライの径方向上方に配設され、前記本体プライの一部分を軸方向に横切って延在する環状ベルトパッケージ、前記環状ベルトパッケージの径方向上方に配設され、前記本体プライの一部分を軸方向に横切って延在する周方向トレッド、前記第1の環状ビードと、前記周方向トレッドに関連付けられた第1のショルダとの間に延在する第1のサイドウォール、及び前記第2の環状ビードと、前記周方向トレッドに関連付けられた第2のショルダとの間に延在する第2のサイドウォール、を含むタイヤと、
騒音ダンパであって、
圧縮性及び弾性の連続気泡発泡体から作製された少なくとも1つの発泡体の塊であって、前記発泡体の塊が、タイヤインナーライナに適合するように構成されている少なくとも1つの略平坦表面又は円形表面を含む、発泡体の塊と、
前記発泡体の塊に付着した薄膜であって、前記薄膜が、前記発泡体の塊の前記略平坦表面と実質的に一致する略平坦表面、又は、前記発泡体の塊の前記円形表面と実質的に一致する円形表面を含み、前記薄膜が、前記発泡体の塊の径方向高さの0.05〜10%である径方向高さを有する、薄膜と、
前記薄膜とタイヤインナーライナとの間に配設された潤滑剤と、を含み、前記タイヤ内で自由に回転する騒音ダンパを備える、タイヤ及び騒音ダンパアセンブリ。 - 前記騒音ダンパの前記発泡体の塊が、環状であり、トレッド幅の20〜80%の軸方向幅を有する、請求項1に記載のタイヤ及び騒音ダンパアセンブリ。
