Description
また他の空気入りタイヤとして、主溝のタイヤ赤道線側の溝壁面を、タイヤ踏面の法線方向に対する傾斜角度を、タイヤ周方向に沿って変化させるようにしたものが公知である(例えば、特許文献2参照)。
トレッド部に、タイヤ周方向に延びる主溝によりリブが形成された空気入りタイヤであって、
前記リブの前記主溝を構成する溝壁に、前記主溝の端から主溝内に向かうに従って前記主溝の底側に傾斜する複数の第1テーパ面が、タイヤ周方向に連続して、かつ境界が接するように形成され、
前記第1テーパ面に、第1段差部が設けられ、
前記第1段差部は、タイヤ周方向の踏込側から徐々に深くなる傾斜面と、最も深くなった位置から立ち上がる起立面とで構成させる複数の窪み部が連続的に形成されることによって得られる鋸歯状であり、排水方向の下流側で低くなっていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤを提供する。

Claims (6)
- トレッド部に、タイヤ周方向に延びる主溝によりリブが形成された空気入りタイヤであって、
前記リブの前記主溝を構成する溝壁に、前記主溝の端から主溝内に向かうに従って前記主溝の底側に傾斜する複数の第1テーパ面が、タイヤ周方向に連続して、かつ境界が接するように形成され、
前記第1テーパ面に、第1段差部が設けられ、
前記第1段差部は、タイヤ周方向の踏込側から徐々に深くなる傾斜面と、最も深くなった位置から立ち上がる起立面とで構成させる複数の窪み部が連続的に形成されることによって得られる鋸歯状であり、排水方向の下流側で低くなっていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記第1テーパ面は、排水方向に向かうに従って徐々に幅寸法が小さくなる部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部には、前記主溝とタイヤ幅方向に延びる横溝とによりブロックが形成されており、
前記ブロックの前記横溝を構成する溝壁に、前記横溝の端から横溝内に向かうに従って前記横溝の底側に傾斜する第2テーパ面が設けられ、
前記第2テーパ面に、鋸歯状であって排水方向の下流側で低くなっている第2段差部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記第2テーパ面は、前記ブロックの踏込側の前記溝壁に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1段差部は、前記リブの表面から0.3mm以上、溝深さの30%以下の範囲に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第2段差部は、前記ブロックの表面から0.3mm以上、溝深さの30%以下の範囲に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
