Description
車両(6600cc、4WDディーゼルトラック)にタイヤを装着して空気圧を420kPaとし、レイングルーブ模擬路を走行してフィーリング評価を実施した。比較例1の結果を100として指数で評価し、数値が大きいほどグルーブワンダーを抑制できていることを示す。
上記の車両にタイヤを装着して空気圧を420kPaとし、水深8mmでハイドロプレーニング現象を起こす速度を計測した。比較例1の結果を100として指数で評価し、数値が大きいほど速度が大きく、ハイドロプレーニング性能に優れていることを示す。
上記の車両にタイヤを装着して空気圧を420kPaとし、一般路を12000km走行した後に、ブロックの角部での(横溝間での)摩耗段差量を測定した。数値が小さいほど、ヒールアンドトウ摩耗を抑制できていることを示す。

Claims (5)
- トレッドにタイヤ周方向に沿って延びる主溝が設けられた空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記主溝に面した陸部の側壁が、一対の角部の間でタイヤ周方向に対して傾斜して延び、その一対の角部のうち、前記主溝の幅方向内側に位置する方を内側角部とし、前記主溝の幅方向外側に位置する方を外側角部とするとき、前記内側角部では、前記側壁が溝底に向かって前記主溝の幅方向外側に拡がる階段状面により形成され、前記内側角部から前記外側角部に向かって、その階段状面における幅方向外側への拡がりを小さくし、前記階段状面が、溝底に向かって前記主溝の幅方向内側に傾斜した複数の傾斜面と、その傾斜面同士を連結する連結面とで構成されていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- トレッドにタイヤ周方向に沿って延びる主溝が設けられた空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記主溝に面した陸部の側壁が、一対の角部の間でタイヤ周方向に対して傾斜して延び、その一対の角部のうち、前記主溝の幅方向内側に位置する方を内側角部とし、前記主溝の幅方向外側に位置する方を外側角部とするとき、前記内側角部では、前記側壁が溝底に向かって前記主溝の幅方向外側に拡がる階段状面により形成され、前記内側角部から前記外側角部に向かって、その階段状面における幅方向外側への拡がりを小さくし、前記階段状面が、タイヤ径方向に対して0°の角度で延びる3つ以上の面と、その面同士を連結する連結面とで構成されていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記陸部が、横溝によりタイヤ周方向に区画されたブロックで構成されるとともに、前記内側角部がブロックの鈍角部であり、前記外側角部がブロックの鋭角部である請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記外側角部では、前記階段状面における幅方向外側への拡がりが集束し、前記側壁が溝底に向かって前記主溝の幅方向内側に傾斜して形成されている請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記陸部が、タイヤ周方向に連続して延びるジグザグ形状の側壁を有したリブで構成されるとともに、前記内側角部がリブの凸状屈曲部であり、前記外側角部がリブの凹状屈曲部である請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
