Claims (3)
- 内燃機関の排気流路の途中に設けられて排気を放出する弁であって、
前記排気流路に開口する弁座と、
前記弁座に接して前記開口を閉弁する円錐面又は球面を有する弁体と、
前記弁体を前記開口と交差する方向に移動させる移動手段と、
前記弁体を前記移動方向に付勢する付勢手段と、
を備え、
前記付勢手段は、前記移動手段により、前記内燃機関の回転数と気筒数とで定まる排気脈動周波数の振動による前記弁体の振動を抑制する方向に付勢力が制御される
ことを特徴とする弁。 - 請求項1に記載の弁において、
前記移動手段は、前記内燃機関の回転数の変化による排気脈動周波数に応じて前記付勢手段の付勢力を制御する
ことを特徴とする弁。 - 請求項1に記載の弁において、
前記排気流路は前記内燃機関の気筒数に応じた排気経路によって一つの排気流路に合流され、
前記弁座は合流された後の前記一つの排気流路の途中に設けられ、
前記付勢手段は、前記弁体を閉弁方向に付勢するバネ部材であって、前記弁体が前記弁座に密着した閉弁時における前記内燃機関の所定回転数と気筒数とで定まる排気脈動周波数の振動による前記弁体の振動を抑制するバネ定数に設定され、
前記移動手段は、前記内燃機関の回転数が所定回数よりもさらに低くなったときに前記弁体に加わる排気脈動周波数の振動による前記弁体の振動を抑制する方向に前記弁体を移動させる
ことを特徴とする弁。
