Claims (10)
- 強化用ガラスを熱加工して、強化用ガラスに屈曲部及び/又は湾曲部を形成した後、熱加工された強化用ガラスの端面を研削及び/又は研磨し、更に端面が研削及び/又は研磨された強化用ガラスを強化処理して、屈曲部及び/又は湾曲部を有する強化ガラスを得ることを特徴とする強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 強化用ガラスが、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 45〜75%、Al2O3 10〜30%、B2O3 0〜20%、Na2O 10〜25%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 強化処理後に端面を研削及び/又は研磨する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値CSが500MPa以上、且つ応力深さDOLが20μm以上になるように強化処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 強化用ガラスの軟化点が800℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 強化用ガラスの歪点が400℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 強化用ガラスの液相温度が1200℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 強化用ガラスの液相粘度が10 4.0 dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 強化用ガラスの熱膨張係数が50〜110×10 −7 /℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 平板形状の強化用ガラスを熱処理に供することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
