ジフェニルホスフィン0.11g(0.1ml;0.58mol)を、不活性ガス雰囲気下(アルゴン)、蒸留したてのグリシドール22.29g(20ml:300.89mmol)と混合し、40℃で96時間、常に撹拌した。
ジフェニルホスフィン0.22g(0.2ml;1.16mmol)を不活性ガス雰囲気下(アルゴン)、蒸留したてのグリシドール5.58g(5ml;75.23mmol)と混合し、75℃で1時間、常に撹拌した。
測定はBruker Biflex III MALDI-TOFという質量スペクトロメータを用いて行い、このスペクトロメータは窒素レーザーを備えており、このレーザーは3nsレーザーパルスを337nmでもたらすものであった。マトリックスとしては、ジトラノールを利用した。ポリマーを1g/Lの濃度でメタノールに溶解させて、試料を準備した。この試料から、マトリックスと一緒に1:1の混合物を製造した。この溶液の一部を、メタノールが蒸発して、薄いマトリックス/分析体フィルムが形成された後に測定した。イオンは21.50kVに加速し、「リフレクトロンモード(reflectron mode)」で測定した。
ゲル透過クロマトグラフィー測定を行うため、ポリオール、例えばポリエーテルポリオールを、脱塩水中に5g/Lの濃度で溶解させた。引き続き、この溶解されたポリオール、例えばポリエーテルポリオールを、溶出剤としての水とともに室温でPSSスプレーマカラム(PSS Suprema Saeulen)で分析した。較正標準としては、分子量が200〜500,000g/molであり、かつ多分散性が非常に低い(〜1.05)規定のポリエチレングリコールを用いた。使用される標準は例えば、Sigma Aldrichで「Poly(ethylene glycol) Standard, for GPC」という名称で市販で得られる。検知は、回折指数検出器によって行った(Rl-Detektor)。
このために1H−NMR、及び13C−NMRスペクトルを、d4−メタノール又はD2O中で、100g/Lの濃度で、Bruker ARX 300というスペクトロメータで、300.13で、例えば75.4MHzで測定した。

表1からの値の代入により、34%という分岐度が得られる。
Claims (10)
- ホスフィンの存在下でエポキシアルコールを重合することを特徴とする、超分岐ポリオールの製造方法。
- 前記ポリオールが、ポリエーテルポリオールであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記重合を、0〜200℃の温度で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記重合を、0.01〜50barの圧力で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記重合を、溶剤の存在下で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記重合を、実質的に溶剤の不在下で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 平均モル質量(Mw)が最大で1500g/molの高分岐若しくは超分岐のポリオールが得られることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- モル質量分布が2.5未満の高分岐若しくは超分岐のポリオールが得られることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- エポキシアルコールとして、2,3−エポキシ−1−プロパノール(グリシドール)を用いることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- ホスフィンとして、ジフェニルホスフィンを用いることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
