Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る空気調和機の設置状態を示す説明図である。
図1に示すように、本実施の形態に係る空気調和機は、室内機100及び室外機101を備えている。室内機100は、空調空間110の壁111に設置されている。室外機101は、室外に設置されている。
2Al+3Cu2+→2Al3++3Cu
となる。つまり、アルミニウムがイオン化し、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金に電気腐食(異種金属間腐食)が発生する。
Claims (4)
- アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金で形成された伝熱管と、
前記伝熱管から流入する冷媒又は前記伝熱管へ流入する冷媒が通る接続配管と、
を備え、空気調和機に搭載される熱交換器であって、
前記接続配管は、ガス冷媒が通るガス配管と、液冷媒又は気液二相冷媒が通る液配管と、を有し、
前記ガス配管及び前記液配管はそれぞれ、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金で形成され、一方の端部が前記伝熱管に接続されたアルミニウム配管と、銅又は銅合金で形成され、一方の端部が前記アルミニウム配管の他方の端部に接続された銅配管と、を備え、
前記ガス配管及び前記液配管のそれぞれには、前記銅配管が前記アルミニウム配管よりも重力方向における下方に配置された立ち下がり部が形成されており、
前記アルミニウム配管と前記銅配管との接続部は、前記立ち下がり部の直線部分に配置され、
前記立ち下がり部の直線部分においては、前記アルミニウム配管の方が前記銅配管よりも長くなっていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記ガス配管は、前記立ち下がり部の下部に、前記ガス配管の変形を抑制するスプリングが被せられ、
当該熱交換器が搭載された空気調和機が設置された状態においては、
前記接続部は、前記スプリングの上端部よりも上方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 当該熱交換器が搭載された空気調和機が設置された状態においては、
前記液管の前記接続部は、前記ガス管に被せられた前記スプリングの上端部よりも上方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器が搭載されたことを特徴とする空気調和機。
