Description
長距離輸送トレーラーのトラクタ(2−D)前輪(操舵輪)に装着して実走させ16万km走行後に、リバーウェア発生面積を測定し、従来例を100とする指数で示した。値が小さい程良好である。
前記耐偏摩耗性のテスト終了後に、溝への石噛み数を目視により確認し、その個数を従来例を100とする指数で示した。値が小さい程良好である。
前記耐偏摩耗性のテスト終了後に、溝底クラックの発生の有無を目視により、従来例の発生状態を基準として評価した。従来例より発生数が少なく、クラック成長が小さく優れる場合「◎」、同等の場合「○」、やや劣る場合「×」、大きく劣る場合を「××」で示した。
60%摩耗時点のタイヤをトラクタ(2−D)の前輪(操舵輪)に装着し、水深3mmのアスファルトウエット路面を走行し、時速60km/hからフルブレーキングした時の制動距離を測定し、従来例を100とする指数で示した。値が小さい程良好である。

Claims (5)
- タイヤ周方向に連なる4本の直線状の主溝と、該主溝により区画形成された5本の直線状リブとをトレッドに有する空気入りタイヤにおいて、
タイヤ中央領域のセンターリブの両側に位置する2本の主溝は、該主溝のタイヤセンター側の溝壁に接合し当該溝底から隆起し段差状をなす隆起領域をタイヤ周方向に連続して設けるとともに、タイヤ外方側の溝壁に当該溝底に向かって三角錐状をなすジグザグ状の切込みをタイヤ周方向に設け、
前記タイヤ中央領域のセンターリブの両側に位置する2本の主溝の両外方に位置する2本の主溝は、該溝底中央部から溝壁に接合することなく溝長手方向に沿って連続して隆起する該タイヤのトレッド踏面より低い突条を設け、かつ当該主溝の溝壁の傾斜角度が該主溝部分のトレッド踏面に引いた接線の法線に対して平行乃至タイヤ内径側で主溝の溝幅が狭くなる方向に5度以内の角度で傾斜する
ことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記隆起領域が、タイヤ周方向に山部と谷部を繰り返すジグザグ状の壁部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記隆起領域の山部と谷部とが周期的に設けられ、前記三角錐状をなす切込みの山部と谷部とが前記隆起領域の山部と谷部と同一周期で設けられ、前記隆起領域の山部と切込みの谷部とが当該主溝を挟んで向かい合うように配された
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記隆起領域の高さを、前記突条の高さよりも低くした
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記リブの少なくとも一方の溝壁部にタイヤ幅方向に開口するショートサイプを多数有し、前記ショートサイプがタイヤ周方向に6mm以下の間隔で配されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
