Claims (2)
- Cr、Mo、及びWからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種類の添加金属と炭素と水素とからなる非晶質炭素被膜を、固体カーボンのターゲットと炭化水素ガスとを併用することによって少なくとも表面の一部に形成した内燃機関の摺動部品であって、該非晶質炭素被膜を構成する添加金属と炭素と水素の合計に対する水素の含有率が5〜25原子%であり、且つ前記非晶質炭素被膜中の添加金属と炭素の合計に対する添加金属の割合が0.01〜30原子%であり、該非晶質炭素被膜は水素を含まない非晶質炭素被膜とは接していないことを特徴とする非晶質炭素被覆摺動部品。
- 前記非晶質炭素被膜が基材に直接形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非晶質炭素被覆摺動部品。
