Description
・各炉室の天井に、一次空気のための複数の流入開口を配置し、この場合、コークス化中に生じるコークス化ガスをコークス化ガスの部分燃焼のために、均一に所望の量の一次空気に接触させ、
・各炉室のための炉の上側にある、一次空気のための前記複数の流入開口がそれぞれ、1つの空気供給系によってまとめられており、
・個々の炉室の空気供給系が、多数の炉室のために共通の空気供給系に接続されており、
・共通の空気供給系と個々の炉室の空気供給系との間に、コークス化期間にわたって一次空気量を変化させるためのそれぞれ1つの制御装置が設けられているようにした。
Claims (3)
- 「ノンリカバリタイプ」または「ヒートリカバリタイプ」のコークス炉のコークス化室でコークス化ガスを燃焼させるために燃焼空気を供給するための装置において、
各炉室の天井に、一次空気のための複数の流入開口(5)を配置し、この場合、コークス化中に生じるコークス化ガスをコークス化ガスの部分燃焼のために、所望の量の一次空気に均一に接触させ、
各炉室のための炉の上側にある、一次空気のための前記複数の流入開口がそれぞれ、1つの空気供給系(4)によってまとめられており、
個々の炉室の空気供給系(4)が、多数の炉室のために共通の1つの空気供給系(6)に接続されており、
共通の空気供給系(6)と個々の炉室の空気供給系(4)との間に、コークス化期間にわたって一次空気量を変化させるためのそれぞれ1つの制御装置が設けられていることを特徴とする、燃焼空気を供給するための装置。 - 共通の空気供給系に、軽い一定の超過圧力が負荷可能である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 請求項2記載の装置を使用してコークス化ガスを燃焼させるための燃焼空気を供給するための方法であって、
共通の空気供給系に、軽い一定の超過圧力を負荷することを特徴とする方法。
