Description
駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
該動力出力装置に含まれる一部の機械部分を潤滑する潤滑媒体の少なくとも一部と熱交換するよう配置され、前記駆動軸に動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機の温度を検出する電動機温度検出手段と、
前記潤滑媒体の温度を検出する媒体温度検出手段と、
前記検出された潤滑媒体の温度を考慮して前記検出された電動機の温度に基づいて前記電動機の駆動制限を設定する駆動制限設定手段と、
前記設定された駆動制限の範囲内で前記電動機が駆動するよう該電動機を制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、該動力出力装置に含まれる少なくとも一部の機械部分を潤滑する潤滑媒体の少なくとも一部と熱交換するよう配置され前記駆動軸に動力を出力可能な電動機を備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
前記潤滑媒体の温度を考慮した前記電動機の温度に基づく駆動制限の範囲内で前記電動機が駆動するよう該電動機を制御する
ことを要旨とする。

Claims (7)
- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
該動力出力装置に含まれる一部の機械部分を潤滑する潤滑媒体の少なくとも一部と熱交換するよう配置され、前記駆動軸に動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機の温度を検出する電動機温度検出手段と、
前記潤滑媒体の温度を検出する媒体温度検出手段と、
前記検出された電動機の温度が予め定められた電動機用閾値温度以下であるときには前記検出された潤滑媒体の温度に拘わらず前記電動機から出力すべき目標トルクが制限されずに前記電動機から出力されるよう前記目標トルクに対する前記電動機から実際に出力してもよいトルクの割合である負荷率を設定し、前記検出された電動機の温度が前記電動機用閾値温度を超えているときには前記検出された電動機の温度が高いほど減少する傾向に且つ前記検出された潤滑媒体の温度が高いほど減少の程度が大きくなる傾向に前記負荷率を設定する負荷率設定手段と、
前記目標トルクに前記負荷率を乗じたトルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう該電動機を制御する制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 前記負荷率設定手段は、前記潤滑媒体の温度に対して緩変化処理を用いて前記負荷率を設定する手段である請求項1記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1または2いずれか記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記電動機の回転軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、前記電動機からの動力を変速して前記駆動軸に伝達する変速伝達手段を備え、
前記潤滑媒体は、前記変速伝達手段に含まれる機械部分を潤滑する媒体である
動力出力装置。 - 請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記駆動軸に動力を出力する内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と第3の軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちいずれ
か2軸に入出力した動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、
前記第3の軸に動力を入出力する発電機と、
を備え、
前記潤滑媒体は、前記3軸式動力入出力手段に含まれる機械部分を潤滑する媒体である

前記駆動軸に出力すべき要求トルクに基づいて前記駆動軸に要求される要求パワーを設定し、前記内燃機関を効率よく動作させる前記内燃機関の回転数とトルクとの関係である動作ライン上の回転数およびトルクであり且つ前記設定された要求パワーを前記内燃機関から出力する回転数およびトルクとして目標機関回転数および目標機関トルクを設定する機関目標値設定手段と、
前記内燃機関を前記設定された目標機関回転数で回転させるために前記発電機から出力すべき目標発電機トルクを設定する発電機目標値設定手段と、
前記発電機の温度が予め定められた発電機用閾値温度以下であるときには前記検出された潤滑媒体の温度に拘わらず前記設定された目標発電機トルクが制限されずに前記発電機から出力されるよう前記目標発電機トルクに対する前記発電機から実際に出力してもよいトルクの割合である発電機負荷率を設定し、前記発電機の温度が前記発電機用閾値温度を超えているときには前記検出された潤滑媒体の温度に拘わらず前記検出された発電機の温度が高いほど減少する傾向に前記発電機負荷率を設定する発電機負荷率設定手段と、
を備え、
前記発電機は、前記潤滑媒体の一部と熱交換するよう配置されてなり、
前記電動機から出力すべき目標トルクは、前記駆動軸に前記要求トルクを出力するために前記電動機から出力すべきトルクであり、
前記制御手段は、前記設定された目標機関回転数および前記設定された目標機関トルクとによって示された運転ポイントで前記内燃機関を運転しながら前記目標発電機トルクに前記設定された発電機負荷率を乗じたトルクが前記発電機から出力されると共に前記目標トルクに前記設定された負荷率を乗じたトルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御する手段である、
動力出力装置。 - 請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の動力出力装置を搭載し、前記駆動軸が車軸に接続されてなる車両。
- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、該動力出力装置に含まれる少なくとも一部の機械部分を潤滑する潤滑媒体の少なくとも一部と熱交換するよう配置され前記駆動軸に動力を出力可能な電動機を備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
前記電動機の温度が予め定められた電動機用閾値温度以下であるときには前記潤滑媒体の温度に拘わらず前記電動機から出力すべき目標トルクが制限されずに前記電動機から出力されるよう前記目標トルクに対する前記電動機から実際に出力してもよいトルクの割合である負荷率を設定し、前記電動機の温度が前記電動機用閾値温度を超えているときには前記電動機の温度が高いほど減少する傾向に且つ前記検出された潤滑媒体の温度が高いほど減少の程度が大きくなる傾向に前記負荷率を設定し、
前記目標トルクに前記負荷率を乗じたトルクが前記電動機から出力されるよう該電動機を制御する
