Claims (4)
- ねじ真空ポンプ(1)であって、
ポンプ室ケーシング(2)を備えており、該ポンプ室ケーシング(2)内に2つのロータ(3,4)を収容してあり、
前記ポンプ室ケーシング(2)に接続する伝動装置及びモータ室用ケーシング(6)を備えており、
前記ロータ(3,4)は、該ロータのための内側のロータ冷却装置並びに軸(11,12)を有し、該軸(11,12)は穿孔を有していて、前記伝動装置及びモータ室用ケーシング(6)を貫通しており、前記軸(11,12)の穿孔は前記内側のロータ冷却装置の冷却液体回路として冷却媒体の搬送に用いられるようになっており、
さらに、前記ロータ(3,4)及び前記軸(11,12)内を貫流する前記冷却媒体の冷却のために熱交換器(25)を備えている形式のものにおいて、
ねじ真空ポンプ(1)を取り囲むための外側のケーシング(22)を設けてあり、該ケーシング(22)は両方の端面に開口(23,24)を有しており、前記開口のうちの1つの開口(24)は前記ロータのためのモータ(9)の側に配置されており、
前記伝動装置及びモータ室用ケーシング(6)を貫通する前記軸(11,12)のうちの1つの軸(11)は、前記モータ(9)の側で前記伝動装置及びモータ室用ケーシング(6)の外側へ導かれていて、該軸(11)の自由端部に羽根車(20)を支持しており、
前記羽根車(20)は前記外側のケーシング(22)の、前記モータ(9)の側の開口(24)の領域に配置されていて、前記伝動装置及びモータ室用ケーシング(6)並びに前記ポンプ室ケーシング(2)に向けて空気流を生ぜしめるようになっており、
前記熱交換器(25)は前記羽根車(20)に対応配置されていることを特徴とする、冷却式のねじ真空ポンプ。 - ポンプケーシング(2)及びロータ(3,4)がアルミニウムから成っている請求項1記載のねじ真空ポンプ。
- 熱交換器(25)が冷却空気の流れ方向で送風機(21)の前に設けられている請求項2記載のねじ真空ポンプ。
- 冷却機構が、液状の冷却媒体によって受け取られる熱量と直接に空気流によって受け取られる熱量とを互いにほぼ同じにするように形成されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載のねじ真空ポンプ。
