Description
可塑化スクリューを駆動及び回転させるために中空モータ及び油圧ピストンを使用することは既知である。しかしながら、既知のシステムのいずれも、可塑化スクリューを長手方向に移動させるために油圧ピストンを使用しながら、可塑化スクリューを回転させるために中空モータの利点を組み合わせることを提案していない。
本発明は、軸を並進及び回転させる新規な駆動ユニットを提供する。本ユニットは、中空電気モータ及び少なくとも1つの流体シリンダと、軸の少なくとも一部分をモータの回転子に接続するための手段とを備える。接続手段は、軸が長手方向に移動できるようにする手段を有する。流体シリンダは軸に連結され、それにより、軸は、モータによって回転され、且つ流体シリンダによって長手方向に移動させられ得る。
図1は、本発明を簡単な形で示す。図1に示されているように、中空軸モータ45は、ハウジング61と、固定子46と、回転子47とを有する。固定子46は、ハウジング61の壁に取り付けられているように図示されている。回転子47は、シリンダ48上に固定されている。シリンダ48は、その内表面上に形成されたスプライン部分49を有する。シリンダ48上にはめ付けられたインサートを、スプライン部分49の代わりに用いることもできるであろう。スプライン部分49は、ピストン50上のスプライン62(1つを図示)に係合する。ピストン50と一体化しているか又はそれに取り付けられた軸(図示せず)が、モータ45によって回転子47及びピストン50間の相互接続を介して回転させられる。
Claims (12)
- 射出成形機用の射出ユニットであって、該射出ユニットは、
中空電気モータと、
該中空電気モータの回転子に結合されている第1油圧シリンダの第1シリンダ壁と、
該中空電気モータの静止部分に接続された第2油圧シリンダの第2シリンダ壁と、
該第1シリンダ壁と係合する第1端部と、該第2シリンダ壁と係合している第2端部とを有し、該第1シリンダ壁及び該第2シリンダ壁の内面に沿って摺動可能なピストンと、
該回転子に装着されていて、該ピストンを回転可能とさせかつ該ピストンが該第1シリンダ壁及び該第2シリンダ壁の内面に沿って摺動可能となるように構成されている、回転構造部と、
該ピストンを該第1シリンダ壁及び該第2シリンダ壁の内面に沿って駆動させる作動液を供給するようにされている構成部と、
射出スクリューを該ピストンに装着するように構成された構成部とを備え、
該ピストンは、油圧駆動された際に、該第1シリンダ壁及び該第2シリンダ壁の内面に沿って長手方向に摺動し、該中空電気モータが作動して該回転子を回転させた際に、該ピストンは該回転構造部によって回転する、射出成形機用の射出ユニット。 - 前記回転構造部は、前記ピストン上のスプラインと係合するスプラインインサートを含む、請求項1に記載の射出ユニット。
- 前記回転構造部は、前記第1シリンダ壁を含む、請求項1または2に記載の射出ユニット。
- 前記第2シリンダ壁は、前記第1シリンダ壁より大きい径を有している、請求項1または2に記載の射出ユニット。
- 前記ピストンの回転位置と回転スピードとを検出する検出構造部を更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載の射出ユニット。
- 前記ピストンの回転位置と回転スピードとを検出する検出構造部を更に備え、該検出構造部は、タイミングベルトとエンコーダとを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の射出ユニット。
- 前記ピストンの第1又は第2端部に取り付けられていて、前記ピストンの対応するシリンダ内における長手方向の位置を検出するためのテンポソニックロッドを更に備える、請求項1または2に記載の射出ユニット。
- 前記第2シリンダ壁と前記第2シリンダの後側ハウジングとの間に配置されている合いくぎ手段を更に備え、該合いくぎ手段により前記後側ハウジングに対する前記第2シリンダ壁の回転が防止される、請求項1又は2に記載の射出ユニット。
- 前記中空電気モータのハウジング部材と該ハウジング部材を支持するシリンダリングとの間に配置された合いくぎ手段を更に備え、該合いくぎ手段は、該シリンダリングに対するモータ固定子の回転を防止する、請求項1又は2に記載の射出ユニット。
- 前記回転子は、前記第1シリンダ壁に嵌合されている、請求項1又は2に記載の射出ユニット。
- 前記第1シリンダ壁は、転がり軸受けレース上で回転する、請求項1又は2に記載の射出ユニット。
- 前記第1油圧シリンダは、前記中空電気モータ内に少なくとも部分的に配置されている、請求項1に記載の射出ユニット。
