Claims (24)
- ワイヤを固定するコンプレッション・コネクタにおいて、
第1ボディ部を備え、該第1ボディ部から第1の一対の脚部と第2の一対の脚部とが延出しており、前記第1の一対の脚部によって第1の導線装填部が形成され、前記第2の一対の脚部によって第2の導線装填部が形成されており、
前記第1ボディ部に接続した第2ボディ部を備え、該第2ボディ部から第3の一対の脚部と第4の一対の脚部とが延出しており、前記第3の一対の脚部によって第3の導線装填部が形成され、前記第4の一対の脚部によって第4の導線装填部が形成されており、
前記第1の一対の脚部と前記第3の一対の脚部との間を延在する第1の一対のスロットと、前記第2の一対の脚部と前記第4の一対の脚部との間を延在する第2の一対のスロットとを備え、前記第1の一対のスロット及び前記第2の一対のスロットは、カシメ作業の実行に先立ってワイヤを該コンプレッション・コネクタに締結するケーブルタイを挿入するためのスロットであり、
更に、前記第1の一対のスロットと前記第2の一対のスロットとの間を延在するように形成された少なくとも1本の横方向に延在するスロットを備えた、
ことを特徴とするコンプレッション・コネクタ。 - 前記第1ボディ部と前記第2ボディ部とが、中央ボディ部によって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記第1の一対の脚部及び前記第2の一対の脚部が、180°の回転対称性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記第1の一対の脚部及び前記第2の一対の脚部が、同一側が同一形状の対称性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記第3の一対の脚部及び前記第4の一対の脚部が、180°の回転対称性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記第3の一対の脚部及び前記第4の一対の脚部が、同一側が同一形状の対称性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記第1の一対の脚部、前記第2の一対の脚部、前記第3の一対の脚部、及び前記第4の一対の脚部の各々が略々平行であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記第1の一対のスロットと前記第2の一対のスロットとの間を延在するように形成された2本の横方向に延在するスロットを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- ワイヤを固定するコンプレッション・コネクタにおいて、
第1ボディ部を備え、該第1ボディ部から第1の一対の脚部と第2の一対の脚部とが延出しており、前記第1の一対の脚部によって第1の導線装填部が形成され、前記第2の一対の脚部によって第2の導線装填部が形成されており、
前記第1ボディ部に接続した第2ボディ部を備え、該第2ボディ部から第3の一対の脚部と第4の一対の脚部とが延出しており、前記第3の一対の脚部によって第3の導線装填部が形成され、前記第4の一対の脚部によって第4の導線装填部が形成されており、
前記第1の一対の脚部と前記第3の一対の脚部との間を延在する第1の一対のスロットと、前記第2の一対の脚部と前記第4の一対の脚部との間を延在する第2の一対のスロットとを備え、前記第1の一対のスロット及び前記第2の一対のスロットは、カシメ作業の実行に先立ってワイヤを該コンプレッション・コネクタに締結するケーブルタイを挿入するためのスロットであり、
更に、前記第1ボディ部ないし前記第2ボディ部を貫通して延在するように形成された開口部を備えた、
ことを特徴とするコンプレッション・コネクタ。 - 前記開口部が該コンプレッション・コネクタを貫通して縦方向に延在するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記開口部が該コンプレッション・コネクタを貫通して横方向に延在するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記第1ボディ部と前記第2ボディ部とが、中央ボディ部によって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記開口部が前記第1ボディ部及び前記中央ボディ部を貫通して延在するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記開口部が前記第2ボディ部及び前記中央ボディ部を貫通して延在するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記開口部が前記第1ボディ部、前記中央ボディ部、及び前記第2ボディ部を貫通して延在するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記第1の一対の脚部及び前記第2の一対の脚部が、180°の回転対称性を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記第1の一対の脚部及び前記第2の一対の脚部が、同一側が同一形状の対称性を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記第3の一対の脚部及び前記第4の一対の脚部が、180°の回転対称性を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記第3の一対の脚部及び前記第4の一対の脚部が、同一側が同一形状の対称性を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- 前記第1の一対の脚部、前記第2の一対の脚部、前記第3の一対の脚部、及び前記第4の一対の脚部の各々が略々平行であることを特徴とする請求項9記載のコンプレッション・コネクタ。
- コンプレッション・コネクタにワイヤを固定する方法において、
コンプレッション・コネクタを用意し、該コンプレッション・コネクタは、第1ボディ部を備え、該第1ボディ部から第1の一対の脚部と第2の一対の脚部とが延出しており、前記第1の一対の脚部によって第1の導線装填部が形成され、前記第2の一対の脚部によって第2の導線装填部が形成されており、前記第1ボディ部に接続した第2ボディ部を備え、該第2ボディ部から第3の一対の脚部と第4の一対の脚部とが延出しており、前記第3の一対の脚部によって第3の導線装填部が形成され、前記第4の一対の脚部によって第4の導線装填部が形成されており、前記第1の一対の脚部と前記第3の一対の脚部との間を延在する第1の一対のスロットと、前記第2の一対の脚部と前記第4の一対の脚部との間を延在する第2の一対のスロットとを備え、前記第1の一対のスロット及び前記第2の一対のスロットは、カシメ作業の実行に先立ってワイヤを該コンプレッション・コネクタに締結するケーブルタイを挿入するためのスロットであり、更に、前記第1ボディ部ないし前記第2ボディ部を貫通して延在するように形成された開口部を備えている、該コンプレッション・コネクタを用意する工程と、
ラン・ワイヤ及びタップ・ワイヤを前記コンプレッション・コネクタに挿入して装填する工程と、
カシメ作業の実行に先立って前記ラン・ワイヤ及び前記タップ・ワイヤを前記コンプレッション・コネクタに止着保持する工程と、
前記コンプレッション・コネクタのカシメ作業を実行する工程と、
を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 更に、カシメ作業の完了後に前記コンプレッション・コネクタから前記ケーブルタイを除去する工程を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項21記載の方法。
- 前記止着保持工程が、ケーブルタイで前記ラン・ワイヤ及び前記タップ・ワイヤを締結する工程から成ることを特徴とする請求項21記載の方法。
- 前記止着保持工程が、先に第1ケーブルタイで前記タップ・ワイヤを締結し、次に第2ケーブルタイで前記ラン・ワイヤ及び前記タップ・ワイヤを締結する工程から成ることを特徴とする請求項21記載の方法。
