Description
Claims (12)
- 1種以上の液状炭化水素の流れを湿らす方法であって、場合により前記1種以上の炭化水素が可溶な溶媒を更に含んで成っていてもよい前記液状炭化水素流れを充填材料と水を含んで成る床の中に通すことで湿った液状炭化水素流れを生じさせることを含んで成る方法。
- 前記充填材料が粒子またはビードの形態であり、前記粒子またはビードが場合により球形であってもよい請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記液状炭化水素流れを前記床の中に上方に向かって通す請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記充填材料が粒子を構成していて、前記床の下部に隣接して位置する前記粒子の平均直径の方が前記床の上部に隣接して位置する前記粒子の平均直径よりも小さい請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記下部に近い方の前記粒子に0.2から0.5cmの平均直径を持たせそして前記上部層の近い方の粒子に1から1.5cmの平均直径を持たせる請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記液状炭化水素流れがブタジエンを含んで成る請求項1から5のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒がヘキサンを含んで成る請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記液状炭化水素流れを前記床の中に通す段階の後に前記湿った液状炭化水素流れから溶解していない水が実質的に取り除かれるように前記床の上部の塔頂空間部の中で前記湿った液状炭化水素流れから液状の水を落下させて除去することも更に含んで成る請求項1から7のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記湿った液状炭化水素流れを2番目の部分の液状炭化水素流れと一緒にすることで所望の水分含有量を達成することも更に含んで成る請求項1から8のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記湿った液状炭化水素流れが水を200ppm以上の量で含有しそして前記湿った液状炭化水素流れを2番目の部分の液状炭化水素流れと一緒にする段階の結果として10から150ppmの水分含有量を有する一緒になった液状炭化水素流れを生じさせる請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記湿った液状炭化水素流れの少なくとも一部を前記床の中に通して再循環させることも更に含んで成る請求項1から10のいずれか記載の方法。
- 炭化水素流れを湿らす装置であって、
a)内部の空洞部を限定している容器であって前記空洞部の下方端部に隣接して位置していて炭化水素流れを受け取る入り口と場合によりこの容器に水を加えるための2番目の入り口を含んで成る容器、
b)前記空洞部の中の床であって充填材料とこの床の少なくとも一部を満たしている水を含んで成る床、
c)場合により、湿った炭化水素流れの一部を前記空洞部に戻すための戻りライン、
d)場合により、前記湿った炭化水素流れと湿っていない炭化水素流れを混合して一緒になった流れを生じさせるための混合装置、および
e)場合により、前記湿っていない炭化水素流れおよび一緒になった流れの少なくとも一方の水分含有量を検出するためのセンサー、
を含んで成る装置。
