Description
ディーゼルエンジン10を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御の際に、フィルタ入口排気温度センサ23で検出された第2排気ガス温度(触媒温度指標温度)Tg2、即ち、触媒付きフィルタ装置12bに流入する排気ガスの温度が所定の第1判定温度Tc1より低い場合は、アイドル回転数を第1目標回転数Nei1にすると共に、シリンダ内噴射制御でポスト噴射を伴わないマルチ噴射を行う第1排気ガス昇温制御を行って、第2排気ガス温度Tg2を所定の第1判定温度Tc1まで上昇させることができる。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に、上流側から順に酸化触媒を担持した酸化触媒装置とディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を備えた排気ガス浄化装置、又は、酸化触媒を担持したディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を備えた排気ガス浄化装置と、前記酸化触媒の温度を指標する触媒温度指標温度を検出する指標温度検出手段を備えると共に、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置の浄化能力を回復するために、前記指標温度検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、再生制御を行う制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法において、
前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御の際に、
前記触媒温度指標温度が所定の第1判定温度より低い場合は、アイドル回転数を通常運転時のアイドル回転数よりも高い所定の第1目標回転数にする第1排気ガス昇温制御を行い、前記触媒温度指標温度が前記所定の第1判定温度以上の場合は、アイドル回転数を前記所定の第1目標回転数よりも低く、かつ、通常運転時のアイドル回転数よりも高い所定の第2目標回転数にする第2排気ガス昇温制御を行い、更に、前記第1排気ガス昇温制御において、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でマルチ噴射を行うと共に、前記第2排気ガス昇温制御において、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でポスト噴射を行うことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。 - 前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御の際に、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置の温度を指標するフィルタ温度指標温度が、前記所定の第1判定温度より高い所定の第2判定温度より高い場合は、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でポスト噴射を行わない再生温度維持制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御に手動再生制御が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 内燃機関の排気通路に、上流側から順に酸化触媒を担持した酸化触媒装置とディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を備えた排気ガス浄化装置、又は、酸化触媒を担持したディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を備えた排気ガス浄化装置と、前記酸化触媒の温度を指標する触媒温度指標温度を検出する指標温度検出手段を備えると共に、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置の浄化能力を回復するために、前記指標温度検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、再生制御を行う制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記制御装置が、前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御の際に、
前記触媒温度指標温度が所定の第1判定温度より低い場合は、アイドル回転数を通常運転時のアイドル回転数よりも高い所定の第1目標回転数にする第1排気ガス昇温制御を行い、前記触媒温度指標温度が前記所定の第1判定温度以上の場合は、アイドル回転数を前記所定の第1目標回転数よりも低く、かつ、通常運転時のアイドル回転数よりも高い所定の第2目標回転数にする第2排気ガス昇温制御を行い、更に、前記第1排気ガス昇温制御において、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でマルチ噴射を行うと共に、前記第2排気ガス昇温制御において、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でポスト噴射を行うことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記制御装置が、前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御の際に、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置の温度を指標するフィルタ温度指標温度が、前記所定の第1判定温度より高い所定の第2判定温度より高い場合は、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でポスト噴射を行わない再生温度維持制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項4記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御に手動再生制御が含むことを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
