Claims (9)
- 材料表面を加工するための荒削りディスクであって、前記荒削りディスクは、工具に向けることができる工具側(13)と、ワークピースに向けることができるワークピース側(12)とを備えたディスク状の基体(3)を有し、前記基体(3)が、前記工具の駆動軸を直接又は間接に結合するための、回転軸線(5)によって貫通される中心切り欠き(2)と、前記工具側(13)に配置されたディスク状の支持体層(6)と、少なくとも1つの研磨層(8a,8b)と、隣接する層の間の分離層とを有している、荒削りディスクにおいて、
前記支持体層(6)が、研磨作用を有する添加物を含まず、少なくとも1種の鉱物添加物を含む材料混合物から形成されていることを特徴とする、材料表面を加工するための荒削りディスク。 - 前記鉱物添加物が、玄武岩、珪砂、珪灰石、ケイ酸アルミニウム及び/又はカオリンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の荒削りディスク。
- 前記鉱物添加物のモース硬度が少なくとも2、好ましくは7〜9であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の荒削りディスク。
- 前記鉱物添加物の粒径が30〜1000μm、好ましくは200〜500μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の荒削りディスク。
- 前記鉱物添加物の粒子が、レゾールとノボラックの混合物を含むフェノール樹脂系で被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の荒削りディスク。
- 前記レゾールの粘度が1,000〜5,000mPa・s、好ましくは1,200〜3,500mPa・sであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の荒削りディスク。
- 前記ノボラックが、少なくとも9体積%、好ましくは12〜16体積%の含有率のヘキサメチレンテトラミンと、15〜35mm、好ましくは17〜26mmの流動距離とを有していることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の荒削りディスク。
- 前記ノボラックに、20体積%未満の、定義された量の他の添加物及び/又は添加剤が付加的に添加されていることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の荒削りディスク。
- 前記分離層がガラス繊維層(10)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の荒削りディスク。
