Claims (18)
- デッキ(14)及び前記デッキ(14)の上で支持される冷凍キャビネット(16)を有する超低温冷凍庫(10)に使用するための冷凍システム(20)であって、
第1冷媒(34)を循環させるための第1流体回路を規定する第1冷凍段(24)であって、該第1冷凍段(24)は、前記第1流体回路と流体連通する第1圧縮器(50)、凝縮器(54)及び第1膨張装置(58)を有する、第1冷凍段(24)と、
第2冷媒(36)を循環させるための第2流体回路を規定する第2冷凍段(26)であって、該第2冷凍段は、前記第2流体回路と流体連通する第2圧縮器(70)、第2膨張装置(74)及び蒸発器(78)を有する、第2冷凍段(26)と、
前記デッキ(14)内に支持される断熱筐体(150)と、
前記第1及び前記第2流体回路と流体連通し、前記断熱筐体(150)内に設置される分流熱交換器(44)と、
を含むことを特徴とする冷凍システム(20)。 - 前記分流熱交換器(44)は、前記分流熱交換器(44)を通る前記第1及び前記第2冷媒(34,36)のための流路を規定する複数の積み重ねたプレート(160)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍システム(20)。
- 前記分流熱交換器(44)は、ろう付けプレート熱交換器を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷凍システム(20)。
- 前記分流熱交換器(44)は、前記分流熱交換器(44)の長手方向が鉛直方向となるように前記断熱筐体(150)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍システム(20)。
- 前記第1冷媒(34)は、前記第1冷媒(34)が前記分流熱交換器(44)内で全体として上方向に流れるように、前記分流熱交換器の下部に近接して前記分流熱交換器(44)に流入し、前記分流熱交換器の上部に近接して前記分流熱交換器(44)から流出することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍システム(20)。
- 前記第2冷媒(36)は、前記第2冷媒(36)が前記分流熱交換器(44)内で全体として下方向に流れるように、前記分流熱交換器の上部に近接して前記分流熱交換器(44)に流入し、前記分流熱交換器の下部に近接して前記分流熱交換器(44)から流出することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍システム(20)。
- 前記分流熱交換器(44)は、逆流タイプからなることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍システム(20)。
- 前記第1膨張装置(58)は、前記断熱筐体(150)内に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍システム(20)。
- 前記第1冷凍段(24)は、第1蓄積器(116)が前記断熱筐体(150)内に設置される第1蓄積器(116)であって前記第1流体回路と流体連通する第1蓄積器(116)をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍システム(20)。
- 超低温冷凍庫(10)であって、
デッキ(14)と、
前記デッキ(14)の上で支持される冷凍キャビネット(16)と、
請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍システム(20)と、
を含むことを特徴とする超低温冷凍庫(10)。 - デッキと、前記デッキ(14)の上で支持される冷凍キャビネット(16)と、前記デッキ(14)内の断熱筐体と、を有する超低温冷凍庫(10)を稼働させる方法であって、
第1冷媒(34)を冷凍システム(20)の第1冷凍段(24)における第1圧縮器(50)、凝縮器(54)及び第1膨張装置(58)を通って循環させる工程と、
第2冷媒(36)を前記冷凍システム(20)の第2冷凍段(26)における第2圧縮器(70)、第2膨張装置(74)及び蒸発器(78)を通って循環させる工程と、
前記第1及び前記第2冷媒(34,36)間で熱交換するために、前記超低温冷凍庫(10)の前記デッキ(14)内の前記断熱筐体内で、前記第1または前記第2冷媒(34,36)の少なくとも一方の流れを前記第1または前記第2冷媒の他方の1つ以上の流れ(34a,36a)に対して配置される複数の流れ(34a,36a)に分ける工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1または前記第2冷媒(34,36)の少なくとも一方の流れを分ける工程は、前記第1または前記第2冷媒(34,36)の少なくとも一方を複数の全体として平行な流れ(34a,36a)に沿うように向ける工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第1または前記第2冷媒(34,36)の少なくとも一方の流れを分ける工程は、前記第1または前記第2冷媒(34,36)の少なくとも一方に乱流を生じさせることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び前記第2冷媒(34,36)それぞれの流れを第1及び第2それぞれの複数の流れ(34a,36a)に沿って分ける工程であって、前記第1及び第2の複数の流れ(34a,36a)は、前記第1及び第2冷媒(34,36)間で熱交換するために、互いに対して配置される、工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第1または前記第2冷媒(34,36)の少なくとも一方の流れを分ける工程は、前記第1または前記第2冷媒(34,36)の少なくとも一方を互いに間隔を空けられる複数の平行なプレート(160)に沿うように向ける工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1または前記第2冷媒(34,36)の少なくとも一方の流れを分ける工程は、前記第1冷媒(34)を全体として上方向に流す工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1または前記第2冷媒(34,36)の少なくとも一方の流れを分ける工程は、前記第2冷媒(36)を全体として下方向に流す工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記断熱筐体(150)内で液体形態の前記第1冷媒(34)または液体形態の前記第2冷媒(36)を蓄積する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
