Abstract
Description
方法は、電極プレートのそれぞれの間のプロセス流の一様かつ均等な流れを容易にするために、対向する挿入開口の各対を、対向する挿入開口の隣接する対から所定のかつ等しい距離に配置することをさらに含む。ECR装置内において、プロセス流の蛇行流れが容易にされる。
図1Aおよび図1Bは、例示的な実施形態によるECR装置の2つの図である。ECR装置100は、円筒状または管状電解槽110を含むことができる。電解槽110は、第1の取り外し可能なフランジまたは端子アクセスカバー106、および第2の取り外し可能なフランジまたは端子アクセスカバー108の対で簡便に封止することができる。電解槽110は、同様の圧力下で撓みやすい平板状本体を有する従来のEC装置とは対照的に、高い流体/静液圧に耐えるために円筒状の形状に構成されている。好都合には、電解槽110は、任意の円筒形または管形構造物から作製することができる。例えば、電解槽110は、パイプなどの業界標準または一般に入手可能な任意の構成要素から作製することができる。電解槽110は、流体入口102および流体出口104を含む。
Claims (24)
- 流体流を処理する電気凝固反応器(ECR)装置であって、
(A)電極実装フレームであって、
(i)対向する挿入体の対であって、前記挿入体のそれぞれが複数の挿入開口を含む、対向する挿入体の対と、
(ii)複数の電極プレートを含む電極スタックであって、前記複数の電極プレートが上部および下部端子電極を含み、前記電極プレートのそれぞれが、前記対向する挿入体の対に形成された対向する挿入開口の対内に水平に積み重ねられる、電極スタックと
を含む電極実装フレームと、
(B)円筒状側壁を含む電解槽であって、前記電極実装フレームが前記電解槽内に挿入される、電解槽と
を含み、
導電バーが、前記水平に積み重ねられた上部および下部端子電極のそれぞれの長さにわたって延びる、ECR装置。 - 前記挿入体のそれぞれの外側側壁が湾曲しており、前記挿入開口のそれぞれが前記挿入体の内側側壁に形成される、請求項1に記載のECR装置。
- 前記電極のそれぞれが隣接する電極から所定の距離に配置される、請求項2に記載のECR装置。
- 前記挿入体のそれぞれが三日月形である、請求項1に記載のECR装置。
- 前記挿入体のそれぞれが非導電性である、請求項1に記載のECR装置。
- 前記挿入体のそれぞれが取り外し可能かつ交換可能であるように構成される、請求項1に記載のECR装置。
- 前記挿入体のそれぞれが、前記流体流を前記複数の電極プレート上の1つまたは複数の活性領域に誘導するように構成される、請求項1に記載のECR装置。
- 前記挿入体の外側側壁が1つまたは複数の挿入開孔を含む、請求項2に記載のECR装置。
- 前記電解槽の円筒状側壁が1つまたは複数の開口をさらに含み、前記電極スタックが前記電解槽内に挿入されると、各挿入開孔が、前記電解槽の円筒状側壁上の対応する開口と整列して貫通穴を形成する、請求項8に記載のECR装置。
- ロック装置をさらに含み、前記ロック装置が、前記電極実装フレームを前記電解槽に固定連結するために前記貫通穴に螺入される、請求項9に記載のECR装置。
- 複数の双極電極プレートが前記端子電極の中間に積み重ねられる、請求項1に記載のECR装置。
- 各電極プレートが隣接する電極プレートと水平方向に位置が合った状態で積み重ねられ、前記電極プレートのそれぞれが、流体入口および流体出口に垂直な平面に配置される、請求項1に記載のECR装置。
- 前記導電バーが、外側面または上部および下部端子電極の上方に取り付けられる、請求項11に記載のECR装置。
- 第1および第2のフランジをさらに含み、前記フランジのそれぞれが前記電解槽の第1および第2の端部を封止するように構成され、前記導電バーが少なくとも前記第1のフランジを貫通する、請求項1に記載のECR装置。
- 前記第1および第2のフランジのそれぞれが複数の一体化流れ誘導器をさらに含む、請求項14に記載のECR装置。
- 前記複数の一体化流れ誘導器が前記電解槽内の廃水の蛇行流れを容易にする、請求項15に記載のECR装置。
- 流体流を処理する方法であって、請求項1に記載の電気凝固反応器(ECR)装置に前記流体流を通すことを含む、方法。
- 前記流体流を前記ECR装置に通す前に、加圧された塩性海水流と前記流体流とを混合することをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記電極プレートのそれぞれの間のプロセス流の一様かつ均等な流れを容易にするために、対向する挿入開口の各対を、対向する挿入開口の隣接する対から所定のかつ等しい距離に形成することをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記電解槽のための端部フランジの対を設けることをさらに含み、各フランジが一体化流れ誘導器を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセス流の蛇行流れを容易にすることをさらに含み、前記蛇行流れが、前記電解槽の底部の入口から前記電解槽の上部の出口までの前記流体流の連続したかつ一連の流れを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記電極スタックを現場で洗浄することをさらに含み、前記洗浄が、
加圧された水流が上に向かって前記電極スタックを流れるのを可能にすることであって、前記水が前記電解槽の底部の入口から前記電解槽の上部の出口まで通される、可能にすることと、
加圧された空気流を下に向かって前記電極スタックに通すことであって、空気が前記電解槽の上部の出口から通される、通すことと
を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記電極スタックを約0.552MPa〜約0.827MPa(約80psi〜約120psi)で洗浄することをさらに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄が所定の時間間隔で実施される、請求項23に記載の方法。
