Abstract

本発明の一実施形態によるナノ蛍光体シートは、ベース膜と、前記ベース膜に分散されている複数のコア−シェル蛍光体と、前記複数のコア−シェル蛍光体のうちの少なくとも一つのコア−シェル蛍光体を取り囲むコーティング層とを含む。

Claims (10)
- ベース膜と、
前記ベース膜に分散されているコア−シェル蛍光体と、
前記コア−シェル蛍光体を取り囲むコーティング層とを含む、ナノ蛍光体シート。 - 前記ベース膜に複数のコア−シェル蛍光体が分散されており、
前記コーティング層は前記複数のコア−シェル蛍光体のうちの二つ以上のコア−シェル蛍光体グループを取り囲む、請求項1に記載のナノ蛍光体シート。 - 前記コーティング層は、シリカ(silica)、ポリスチレン(polystyrene)、及びウレタンのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項2に記載のナノ蛍光体シート。
- 前記ベース膜の両面のうちの少なくとも一面に基板部材をさらに含み、前記基板部材は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(Polyethylene Terephthalate Film;PET Film)、ポリカーボネート(Polycarbonate;PC)、及びポリエチレンテレフタレート共重合体(CoPolyethylene Terephthalate;CoPET)のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項3に記載のナノ蛍光体シート。
- 前記基板部材の上にマット(matte)処理されたマット層をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のナノ蛍光体シート。
- 前記コア−シェル蛍光体は、CdSe/ZnS、InP/ZnS、ZnS:Mn/ZnS、PbSe/PbS、CdSe/CdS、CdTe/CdS、及びCdTe/ZnSのうちの一つで形成される、請求項1に記載のナノ蛍光体シート。
- 前記ベース膜は、シリコンレジン及びウレタンレジンのうちの少なくとも一つで形成される、請求項1に記載のナノ蛍光体シート。
- 光源と、
前記光源から発生した光をガイドする導光板と、
前記導光板の上に配置するナノ蛍光体シートとを含み、
前記ナノ蛍光体シートは、
ベース膜と、
前記ベース膜に分散されている複数のコア−シェル蛍光体とを含み、
前記ナノ蛍光体シートは、前記光源から発生した光を白色光に変換させる、バックライト装置。 - 前記複数のコア−シェル蛍光体のうちの少なくとも一つのコア−セル蛍光体を取り囲むコーティング層を含む、請求項8に記載のバックライト装置。
- 前記コーティング層は、前記複数のコア−シェル蛍光体のうちの二つ以上のコア−シェル蛍光体グループを取り囲む、請求項9に記載のバックライト装置。
