Claims (17)
- カラム(12)内の中実裏板(14;25;49;59;69;79;82;92;112)と充填ベッド(15;35)の間に略円錐形の分配流路(13;24)を画成する、カラム(12)用の流体分配器(11;21;40;50;60;70;80;101;110)であって、当該流体分配器(11;21;101)が、上記分配流路(13;24)の容積を実質的に満たす2枚以上の円形及び/又は環状の流体透過性多孔質ディスク(22、23;31〜34;41〜44;61〜63;71〜73;81;91;114)を備える、流体分配器。
- 前記多孔質ディスクが、前記分配流路の容積の90%以上(95%以上又は99%以上など)を満たす、請求項1記載の流体分配器。
- 当該流体分配器(21)が、充填ベッド(15;35)と直面した多孔質リテーナディスク(18;22;34;44)と、分配流路(13;24)の多孔質リテーナディスク(18;22;34;44)と中実裏板(14;25;49)の間の容積部分を満たす1枚以上の多孔質分配ディスク(23;31〜33;41〜43;61〜63;71〜73;81;91)とを備える、請求項1又は請求項2記載の流体分配器。
- 各々の多孔質分配ディスク(23;31〜33;41〜43;61〜63;71〜73;81;91)が三次元連続細孔構造を有する、請求項3記載の流体分配器。
- 第1の円形又は環状多孔質ディスク(31;41;71)が、第2の環状多孔質ディスク(32;42;72)の内側に同心に嵌め込まれる、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の流体分配器。
- 第1及び第2の多孔質ディスクが平面状である、請求項5記載の流体分配器。
- 第2の多孔質ディスク(32;42;72)が、第1の多孔質ディスク(31;41;71)よりも薄い厚さを有する、請求項5又は請求項6記載の流体分配器。
- 第2の環状多孔質ディスクが、第3の環状多孔質ディスク(33;43)の内側に同心に嵌め込まれる、請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の流体分配器。
- 2以上の内部同心環状凹部(46〜48,56〜58,66〜68;78;94;113)の階段状パターンを有する円形の中実裏板(49;59;69;82;112)と、環状凹部に取り付けられた2枚以上の円形及び/又は環状多孔質ディスク(41〜43;61〜63;71〜73;81;91;114)とを備える、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の流体分配器。
- 第1の円形又は環状多孔質ディスク(31;41;71)が内側の環状凹部(46)に取り付けられ、第2の環状多孔質ディスク(32;42;72)が、外側の環状凹部(47)に取り付けられて第1の円形又は環状多孔質ディスク(31;41;71)の外側に同心に嵌め込まれる、請求項9記載の流体分配器。
- 第2の環状多孔質ディスク(32;42;72)が、第1の円形又は環状多孔質ディスク(31;41;71)よりも薄い厚さを有する、請求項10記載の流体分配器。
- 第1の円形又は環状多孔質ディスク(61)が内側の環状凹部(66)に取り付けられ、第2の円形又は環状多孔質ディスク(62)が外側の環状凹部(67)に取り付けられて第1の円形又は環状多孔質ディスク(61)と平面当接する、請求項9記載の流体分配器。
- 多孔質ディスクの1枚以上が中実裏板に溶接される、請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか1項記載の流体分配器。
- 中実裏板(92)の環状凹部(94)の縁部(93)が、各凹部平面に対して鋭角をなす、請求項9乃至請求項12のいずれか1項記載の流体分配器。
- 多孔質ディスクの1枚以上(例えば各多孔質ディスク)がプラスチックからなる、請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれか1項記載の流体分配器。
- 多孔質ディスクの1枚以上(例えば各多孔質ディスク)が多孔質焼結プラスチック材料からなる、請求項1乃至請求項15のいずれか1項記載の流体分配器。
