Abstract
【解決手段】カソード/セパレータ/アノード構造の電極アセンブリーが、樹脂層および金属層を包含するラミネートシートから形成されたバッテリーケース130中に、該電極アセンブリーが、該バッテリーケースの外に突き出た電極端子140,142に接続された状態で取り付けられる構造に構築されたバッテリーセル100であって、該バッテリーセル100が、該バッテリーケース130の密封部分の、該電極端子が配置されていない少なくとも一部を通した熱伝導により、放熱を促進する構造に構築されている。

Description
本発明の態様
〔1〕バッテリーセルであって、
カソード/セパレータ/アノード構造の電極アセンブリーが、樹脂層および金属層を包含するラミネートシートから形成されたバッテリーケース中に取り付けられる構造に、構築されてなり、前記電極アセンブリーが、前記バッテリーケースの外に突き出た電極端子に接続されてなり、
前記バッテリーセルが、前記電極端子が配置されていない前記バッテリーケースの密封部分の少なくとも一部を通じた熱伝導により、放熱を促進する構造に、構築されてなる、バッテリーセル。
〔2〕前記密封部分を通じた前記放熱促進構造が、前記密封部分の少なくとも一部が伸びることにより、前記密封部分の少なくとも一部が前記密封部分の残り部分より長くなるように、或いは、熱伝導性部材が前記密封部分に連結されてなる構造である、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーセル。
〔3〕前記ラミネートシートが、熱溶接可能な内側樹脂層、隔離金属層、及び優れた耐久性を示す外側樹脂層を包含してなる、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーセル。
〔4〕前記熱伝導性部材の少なくとも一部が前記密封部分に接合されている、〔2〕に記載のバッテリーセル。
〔5〕前記熱伝導性部材が、前記密封部分の幅より大きいサイズを有する板形状部材であり、及び
前記熱伝導性部材の少なくとも一部が、前記ラミネートシートの上側と下側部分との間に挿入された状態で、前記ラミネートシートに熱溶接される、〔2〕に記載のバッテリーセル。
〔6〕前記熱伝導性部材が、前記密封部分に熱溶接された外周末端を有してなり、及び
前記熱伝導性部材の前記外周末端が、水平面上で凹凸構造に構築され、それによって、前記熱伝導性部材と前記ラミネートシートとの間の連結力が増加し、前記ラミネートシートの前記上側と下側部分との間に大きな熱溶接面積が確保されてなる、〔5〕に記載のバッテリーセル。
〔7〕前記熱伝導性部材が、前記密封部分に熱溶接された外周末端を有してなり、及び
前記熱伝導性部材の前記外周末端が、垂直面上で凹凸構造に構築され、それによって、前記熱伝導性部材と前記ラミネートシートとの間の連結力を増加させてなる、〔5〕に記載のバッテリーセル。
〔8〕前記熱伝導性部材が、前記密封部分に熱溶接された外周末端を有してなり、及び前記熱伝導性部材の前記外周末端に一個以上の通し孔が形成され、前記通し孔を経由して、前記ラミネートシートの前記上側及び下側部分が部分的に熱溶接されてなる、〔5〕に記載のバッテリーセル。
〔9〕前記熱伝導性部材が、金属または炭素板、または金属粉末または炭素粉末を含む重合体シートから形成されてなる、〔2〕に記載のバッテリーセル。
〔10〕前記熱伝導性部材が、熱交換媒体に接触する構造に構築されてなる、〔2〕に記載のバッテリーセル。
〔11〕前記熱交換媒体に接触する前記構造が、熱交換媒体が中を通って流れる通路を有する熱交換部材が前記熱伝導性部材と接触する構造である、〔10〕に記載のバッテリーセル。
〔12〕前記熱伝導性部材が屈曲し、前記密封部分と連結した前記熱伝導性部材の区域と反対側の、前記熱伝導性部材の前記末端で、前記熱交換部材を部分的に包まれてなる、〔10〕に記載のバッテリーセル。
〔13〕〔1〕〜〔12〕のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルを単位電池として包含してなる、高出力及び大容量を有する中または大型バッテリーモジュール。
〔14〕前記バッテリーモジュールが、電気自動車またはハイブリッド電気自動車用の電力供給源として使用される、〔13〕に記載の中または大型バッテリーモジュール。
Claims (8)
- バッテリーセルであって、
カソード/セパレータ/アノード構造の電極アセンブリーが、樹脂層および金属層を包含するラミネートシートから形成されたバッテリーケース中に取り付けられる構造に構築されてなり、前記電極アセンブリーが、前記バッテリーケースの外に突き出た電極端子に接続されてなり、
前記バッテリーセルが、前記電極端子が配置されていない前記バッテリーケースの密封部分の少なくとも一部を通じた熱伝導により、放熱を促進する構造に構築されてなり、
前記密封部分を通じた前記放熱促進構造が、熱伝導性部材が前記密封部分に連結されてなる構造であり、
前記熱伝導性部材の少なくとも一部が前記密封部分に接合されてなる、バッテリーセル。 - 前記ラミネートシートが、熱溶接可能な内側樹脂層、隔離金属層、及び優れた耐久性を示す外側樹脂層を包含してなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記熱伝導性部材が、金属または炭素板、または金属粉末または炭素粉末を含む重合体シートから形成されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記熱伝導性部材が、熱交換媒体に接触する構造に構築されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記熱交換媒体に接触する前記構造が、熱交換媒体が中を通って流れる通路を有する熱交換部材が前記熱伝導性部材と接触する構造である、請求項4に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記熱伝導性部材が屈曲し、前記密封部分と連結した前記熱伝導性部材の区域と反対側の、前記熱伝導性部材の前記末端で、前記熱交換部材を部分的に包まれてなる、請求項5に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルを単位電池として包含してなる、高出力及び大容量を有する中または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、電気自動車またはハイブリッド電気自動車用の電力供給源として使用される、請求項7に記載の中または大型バッテリーモジュール。
