Description
複数のリチウム単電池を備えた第1,第2組電池と、
前記第1,第2組電池を収納するとともに、前記第1,第2組電池に対して供給される冷却風を吸排気するための通気孔が設けられた収納体と、
および前記リチウム単電池同士を電気的に接続するための接続金具と、
を備えた電池部と,
前記電池部に設けられた電池制御部と,
を有し,
前記第1,第2組電池は、それぞれを構成する前記複数のリチウム単電池が組電池毎に並べられて前記接続金具により電気的に直列に接続された状態で前記収納体に並置されて、電気的に直列に接続されており,
前記電池制御部は、
前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれの正極と負極との間に電気的に接続され、スイッチング回路のオンオフによる放電制御によって前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれの充電状態を調整するためのバイパス回路と、
前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれの正極と負極との間に電圧を検出するための電圧検出処理、および前記スイッチング回路を駆動して前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれの充電状態を調整するための充電状態調整処理、を含む複数の処理を実行する処理装置と、を有しており,
前記電圧検出処理の割り込みレベルは、前記充電状態調整処理の割り込みレベルよりも高く設定されている、
ことを特徴とする。
前記リチウム電池モジュールは、電池部と回路部とからなり,
前記電池部は、
リチウム単セルを直列に複数個連設して長尺に形成される組電池を複数個並列に配置し、
前記複数個並列に配置する組電池を収納するとともに、前記複数個並列に配置する組電池に供給する冷却風を吸排気するための通気孔を複数個設けてなる収納体と、
前記複数個の組電池を電気的に直列に接続する接続金具と、
を有してなり,
前記複数のリチウム単セルを直列に複数個連設して長尺に形成される組電池は、複数個並べられて前記接続金具により電気的に直列に接続された状態で前記収納体に並置されて、電気的に直列に接続されており,
前記回路部は、
前記電池部の端部に設けられており、前記リチウム単セルの充放電状態を調整するバランス回路群を搭載する放熱板と、前記リチウム単セルの充電電圧が基準電圧より高いか、低いかによって前記車両のモータによる前記車両のエンジンアシストを行うか否かを制御する電池制御部とによって構成されており,
前記放熱板は、
前記電池部の複数の組電池を組電池毎に接続する組電池と同数の端子台と、
前記端子台の接続端子の2つの端子間に直列に接続される抵抗とスイッチング回路の直列回路とを有し、
前記各リチウム単セルの電圧が基準値よりも大きい場合に放電させて他の各リチウム単セルの電圧と略同一にさせるための放電板を構成してなり,
前記電池制御部は、
前記複数のリチウム単セルのそれぞれの正極と負極との間に電気的に接続され、前記スイッチング回路のオンオフによって前記各リチウム単セルの電圧が基準値よりも大きい場合に放電させて他の各リチウム単セルの電圧と略同一に制御して前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれの充電状態を調整するためのバイパス放電回路と、
前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれのリチウム単電池の正極と負極間の電圧を検出するための電圧検出部と、
前記スイッチング回路を駆動して前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれの充電状態を調整するための充電状態調整部とを有し、
複数の処理を実行するとともに、前記充電状態調整部において検出した検出値に基づく割り込み処理よりも前記電圧検出部において検出した検出値に基づく割り込み処理を優先して処理する処理装置とを備えて構成する。

Claims (6)
- 車両に搭載され、車両の走行状態に応じて、電気負荷との間で充放電が繰り返されるリチウム電池モジュールであって,
複数のリチウム単電池を備えた第1,第2組電池と、
前記第1,第2組電池を収納するとともに、前記第1,第2組電池に対して供給される冷却風を吸排気するための通気孔が設けられた収納体と、
および前記リチウム単電池同士を電気的に接続するための接続金具と、
を備えた電池部と,
前記電池部に設けられた電池制御部と,
を有し,
前記第1,第2組電池は、それぞれを構成する前記複数のリチウム単電池が組電池毎に並べられて前記接続金具により電気的に直列に接続された状態で前記収納体に並置されて、電気的に直列に接続されており,
前記電池制御部は、
前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれの正極と負極との間に電気的に接続され、スイッチング回路のオンオフによる放電制御によって前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれの充電状態を調整するためのバイパス回路と、
前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれの正極と負極との間に電圧を検出するための電圧検出処理、および前記スイッチング回路を駆動して前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれの充電状態を調整するための充電状態調整処理、を含む複数の処理を実行する処理装置と、を有しており,
前記電圧検出処理の割り込みレベルは、前記充電状態調整処理の割り込みレベルよりも高く設定されている、
ことを特徴とする車両用リチウム電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用リチウム電池モジュールにおいて,
前記電池制御部は、前記電圧検出処理によってえられた前記リチウム単電池の電圧を含む複数の情報を記憶するための記憶装置を有し、上位制御装置から情報転送要求があった場合、前記記憶装置から情報を読み出し、前記上位制御装置に送信する、
ことを特徴とする車両用リチウム電池モジュール。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両用リチウム電池モジュールにおいて,
前記複数の処理として、前記電池部の内部の温度を検出するための温度検出処理を含む
ことを特徴とする車両用リチウム電池モジュール。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両用リチウム電池モジュールにおいて,
前記複数の処理として、前記電圧検出処理により得られた電圧情報に基づく前記リチウム単電池の異常を診断し、異常があった場合には前記上位制御装置に異常を報告するための異常診断処理を含む
ことを特徴とする車両用リチウム電池モジュール。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両用リチウム電池モジュールにおいて,
前記複数の処理として、
前記電池部の内部の温度を検出するための温度検出処理と、
前記電圧検出処理により得られた電圧情報に基づく前記リチウム単電池の異常、および前記温度検出処理により得られた温度情報に基づく前記リチウム単電池の異常を診断し、異常があった場合には前記上位制御装置に異常を報告するための異常診断処理と、を含む
ことを特徴とする車両用リチウム電池モジュール。 - 車両に搭載され、車両の走行状態に応じて、電気負荷との間で充放電が繰り返されるリチウム電池モジュールであって,
前記リチウム電池モジュールは、電池部と回路部とからなり,
前記電池部は、
リチウム単セルを直列に複数個連設して長尺に形成される組電池を複数個並列に配置し、
前記複数個並列に配置する組電池を収納するとともに、前記複数個並列に配置する組電池に供給する冷却風を吸排気するための通気孔を複数個設けてなる収納体と、
前記複数個の組電池を電気的に直列に接続する接続金具と、
を有してなり,
前記複数のリチウム単セルを直列に複数個連設して長尺に形成される組電池は、複数個並べられて前記接続金具により電気的に直列に接続された状態で前記収納体に並置されて、電気的に直列に接続されており,
前記回路部は、
前記電池部の端部に設けられており、前記リチウム単セルの充放電状態を調整するバランス回路群を搭載する放熱板と、前記リチウム単セルの充電電圧が基準電圧より高いか、低いかによって前記車両のモータによる前記車両のエンジンアシストを行うか否かを制御する電池制御部とによって構成されており,
前記放熱板は、
前記電池部の複数の組電池を組電池毎に接続する組電池と同数の端子台と、
前記端子台の接続端子の2つの端子間に直列に接続される抵抗とスイッチング回路の直列回路とを有し、
前記各リチウム単セルの電圧が基準値よりも大きい場合に放電させて他の各リチウム単セルの電圧と略同一にさせるための放電板を構成してなり,
前記電池制御部は、
前記複数のリチウム単セルのそれぞれの正極と負極との間に電気的に接続され、前記スイッチング回路のオンオフによって前記各リチウム単セルの電圧が基準値よりも大きい場合に放電させて他の各リチウム単セルの電圧と略同一に制御して前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれの充電状態を調整するためのバイパス放電回路と、
前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれのリチウム単電池の正極と負極間の電圧を検出するための電圧検出部と、
前記スイッチング回路を駆動して前記複数のリチウム単電池のそれぞれの充電状態を調整するための充電状態調整部とを有し、
複数の処理を実行するとともに、前記充電状態調整部において検出した検出値に基づく割り込み処理よりも前記電圧検出部において検出した検出値に基づく割り込み処理を優先して処理する処理装置とを備えて,
構成してなるとを特徴とする車両用リチウム電池モジュール。
