Description
Claims (13)
- カソード/セパレータ/アノード構造の電極アセンブリーがバッテリーケース中に取り付けられ、前記電極アセンブリーが、前記バッテリーケースから外に突き出ている電極端子に接続されてなるバッテリーセルであって、
前記バッテリーケースが、内側樹脂層と隔離金属層と外側樹脂層とを含むラミネートシートから形成されたものであり、
前記隔離金属層は、前記バッテリーセルからの放熱を促進する銅または炭素を含んでなる熱伝導性促進材料からなり、
前記バッテリーケースは、該バッテリーケースの外周末端に、前記ラミネートシートの上側部分および下側部分を熱溶接することにより形成された密封部分を備えてなり、かつ、前記バッテリーセルからの放熱を促進するためのシート型部材である熱伝導性シートが前記バッテリーセルを部分的に覆っている状態で前記密封部分に延長されてなり、
前記熱伝導性シートを、前記バッテリーセルの外側表面と緊密に接触するように該バッテリーセルの外部形状に沿って屈曲させることによって、前記熱伝導性シートと前記バッテリーセルとの間の接触面積を最大化してなることを特徴とする、バッテリーセル。 - 前記熱伝導性シートが、金属板または炭素板、或いは金属粉末または炭素粉末を含む重合体フィルムから形成されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記熱伝導性シートが、前記バッテリーセルの外側表面に、接着剤により取り付けられてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記電極端子が形成されていない前記バッテリーケースの前記密封部分の少なくとも一部が延長され、前記密封部分の少なくとも一部が残りの前記密封部分より長いものとされてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記延長された密封部分が、残りの密封部分の幅の150〜400%に等しい延長長さを有してなる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記バッテリーケースが、前記バッテリーケースの少なくとも片側の密封部分に、前記バッテリーセルからの放熱を促進する部材である熱交換部材を備えてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記バッテリーケースが、前記バッテリーケースの少なくとも片側の密封部分に、前記バッテリーセルからの放熱を促進する部材である熱交換部材を備えてなる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記熱交換部材が、熱交換媒体チャンネルを有し、前記チャンネルを通して熱交換媒体が流れる、請求項6に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記熱交換部材が、それぞれ熱交換媒体チャンネルが中に形成されている一対の金属または炭素棒を包含し、前記金属または炭素棒が前記密封部分の上部または底部に取り付けられてなる、請求項8に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記熱交換部材が、前記熱交換部材を前記密封部分に取り付けた時に、前記バッテリーセルの高さと等しいか、またはそれより大きい高さを有する、請求項9に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルを単位電池として包含する、高出力および大容量を有する中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 予め決められた高さの熱交換部材がそれぞれのバッテリーセルの対向側部密封部分に取り付けられており、前記バッテリーセルの積重状態が前記熱交換部材により維持される、請求項11に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、電気自動車またはハイブリッド電気自動車用の電力供給源として使用される、請求項12に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール
