Abstract
Description
支持構造体と、
可動エレメントと、
支持構造体と可動エレメントとの間に結合される複数の弾性湾曲部を備え、可動エレメントを支持構造体に支持するとともに、湾曲部の撓みにより可動エレメントの移動軸に沿う動きをガイドするサスペンションシステムと、
その収縮時に、支持構造体に対する可動エレメントの動きを移動軸に沿う第1の方向に促すように配置されている形状記憶合金アクチュエータと、
可動エレメントの動きを移動軸に沿う第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に制限するように配置されているエンドストップと、
移動軸に沿う第2の方向で可動エレメントを支持構造体に対して付勢するように配置されている付勢エレメントと、
を備え、可動エレメントがエンドストップに抗して保持されるときに、前記第2の方向で付勢エレメントにより加えられる力がサスペンションシステムの湾曲部により加えられる力よりも大きくなるように配置されている、形状記憶合金駆動装置が提供される。
Claims (20)
- 支持構造体と、
可動エレメントと、
支持構造体と可動エレメントとの間に結合される複数の弾性湾曲部を備え、可動エレメントを支持構造体に支持するとともに、湾曲部の撓みにより可動エレメントの移動軸に沿う動きをガイドする、サスペンションシステムと、
その収縮時に、支持構造体に対する可動エレメントの動きを移動軸に沿う第1の方向に促すように配置されている形状記憶合金アクチュエータと、
可動エレメントの動きを移動軸に沿う第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に制限するように配置されているエンドストップと、
移動軸に沿う第2の方向で可動エレメントを支持構造体に対して付勢するように配置されている付勢エレメントと、
を備え、
可動エレメントがエンドストップに抗して保持されるときに、前記第2の方向で付勢エレメントにより加えられる力がサスペンションシステムの湾曲部により加えられる力よりも大きくなるように配置されている、形状記憶合金駆動装置。 - 付勢エレメントが弾性湾曲部を備える、請求項1に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 付勢エレメントの弾性湾曲部が支持構造体と可動エレメントとに対して結合される位置間で測定される弾性湾曲部の長さは、サスペンションシステムの複数の弾性湾曲部の長さよりも長い、請求項2に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 付勢エレメントの弾性湾曲部が支持構造体に移動不能に組み合わせられる、請求項2又は3に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 付勢エレメントの弾性湾曲部は、可動エレメントに固定されることなく接触により可動エレメントと係合する、請求項4に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 可動エレメントがカメラレンズエレメントであり、サスペンションシステムは、カメラレンズエレメントの光軸に沿うカメラレンズエレメントの支持構造体に対する動きをガイドする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- カメラレンズエレメントは、最大で10mmの直径を有する1つ以上のレンズを含む、請求項6に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 形状記憶合金アクチュエータ及び付勢エレメントの弾性湾曲部は、光軸周りの同じ角度位置で可動エレメントと係合する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 付勢エレメントの弾性湾曲部が2つのアームを有し、各アームは、カメラレンズエレメントの両側において、支持構造体とカメラレンズエレメントとの間をカメラレンズエレメントの視野の外側で延びる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 付勢エレメントの弾性湾曲部の2つのアームは、それらがカメラレンズエレメントと係合する部位で互いに結合される、請求項9に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 付勢エレメントの弾性湾曲部の2つのアームがそれぞれ光軸周りで少なくとも135°にわたって延びる、請求項9又は10に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 可動エレメントがエンドストップに抗して保持されるときに前記複数の湾曲部によって力が加えられないように配置されている、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 複数の弾性湾曲部が可動エレメントの周囲に配置される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- サスペンションシステムが弾性湾曲部の2つの組を備え、各組が可動エレメントの周囲に配置される複数の弾性湾曲部を備え、弾性湾曲部の2つの組が移動方向に沿う異なる位置に配置される、請求項13に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 形状記憶合金アクチュエータは、支持構造体及び可動エレメントに接続され且つ収縮時に引張状態となる形状記憶合金ワイヤを備える、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 形状記憶合金ワイヤは、可動エレメントの移動方向に対して鋭角を成して延びる、請求項15に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 可動エレメントの動作範囲の反対側の終端を制限するように配置される更なるエンドストップを更に備える、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- 形状記憶合金アクチュエータに対して駆動信号を供給するために形状記憶合金アクチュエータに接続される駆動回路を更に備える、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の形状記憶合金駆動装置。
- イメージセンサと、
請求項16又はそれに付随する任意の請求項に記載される形状記憶合金駆動装置と、
を備え、カメラレンズエレメントが像をイメージセンサ上に合焦させるように配置されている、カメラ。 - 第1の方向がイメージセンサから離れる方向である、請求項19に記載のカメラ。
