Abstract
Description

Claims (12)
- ゲル化しないリン酸エステル化エポキシ樹脂(このリン酸エステル化エポキシ樹脂は、1種または複数のポリマーエポキシ化合物と、リン酸と、有機ホスホン酸および/または有機ホスフィン酸との反応生成物の混合物を含む)を含む、塩基で中和された樹脂組成物の水性分散体を含む電着処理液と電気的に接触している、アノードとして働く基板とカソードとの間に電流を通すことによる、アルミニウム基板に皮膜を付けるための方法。
- 前記ポリマーエポキシ化合物が、ポリフェノールのポリグリシジルエーテル、およびエポキシ官能性アクリル樹脂から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物がモノマーモノエポキシドをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記リン酸エステル化エポキシ樹脂が、樹脂固体に基づいて、15から50の酸価を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記リン酸エステル化エポキシ樹脂が、1当量のエポキシに対して0.1から0.8モルのリン酸、ならびに1当量のエポキシ当たり0.01から0.4モルのホスホン酸および/または有機ホスフィン酸を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水性分散体が硬化剤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化剤がアミノプラストである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- (a)前記リン酸エステル化エポキシ樹脂が50から90重量パーセントの量で存在し、(b)前記硬化剤が10から50重量パーセントの量で存在する(これらのパーセンテージは(a)および(b)の全固体重量に基づくものである)、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記有機ホスホン酸がフェニルホスホン酸である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水性分散体がアゾールを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アゾールがベンゾトリアゾールである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記アゾールが、前記水性樹脂分散体中の全固体重量に基づいて0.001から1.0重量パーセントの量で前記組成物中に存在する、請求項10に記載の方法。
