Description
(段階1)
11.8gのヘキサンジオールおよび49.5gのICTES(イソシアナトプロピルトリエトキシシラン)を撹拌し、一緒に80℃の温度まで加熱し、0.1gのジブチルスズジラウレートを加えた。次いでこの混合物を50℃まで放冷し、その後、方法Aおよび方法Bに従ってさらに処理した。
この温度で、10gの反応生成物を0.1gのアルミニウムアセチルアセトナート(2−ブタノールに50%まで溶解した)と混合した。次いでこの混合物を室温までゆっくりと冷却した。後に結晶化したこの樹脂を、次に特製の粉砕機で50μm未満の粒径まで粉砕し、ふるいにかけた。Byk359(0.8%)を流動性調整剤としてこの粉末に加え、そして充分に混合した。このようにして生成した粉末を、次いで静電的または摩擦電気的な噴霧によって、カラーコーティングした鋼板に塗布し、強制的に空気循環させてオーブン中で130℃で乾燥した。
80gの上記反応生成物を20gの1−メトキシ−2−プロパノールに溶解させた。この溶液に、0.2gのアルミニウムアセチルアセトナートを加えた。黒色顔料のベースコーティングを備えた鋼板に噴霧塗布した後、このコーティング材料を対流式オーブン中で150℃で20分間硬化させた。
(段階1)
33.6gの2,2−ビス(4−ヒドロキシフェニルヘキサフルオロプロパンおよび49.47gのICTES(イソシアナトプロピルトリエトキシシラン)を撹拌し、一緒に80℃の温度まで加熱し、0.1gのジブチルスズジラウレートを加えた。次いでこの混合物を50℃まで放冷し、その後段階2でさらに処理した。

(段階1)
1モルのFluorolink D(Ausimontから入手したHOCH2CF2−O−(CF2CF2O)p−(CF2O)q−CF2−CH2OH)を、2モルのイソシアナトプロピルトリエトキシシラン(ICTES)とともに、均一な透明な混合物が得られるまで少なくとも80℃に加熱した。次いで2滴のジブチルスズジラウレートを加え、この混合物をさらに3時間撹拌した。この後、この混合物を室温まで冷却した。
3gのこのワックスのような混合物を0.1gの乳酸ジルコニウムおよび9gのエタノールと混合した。次いで、脱脂した、油分を含まないステンレス鋼板上にこの混合物を噴霧し、乾燥器中、180℃で1時間硬化した。
1モルのH[O(CH2)4]nOH(BASFから入手したポリTHF2000)を、2モルのイソシアナトプロピルトリエトキシシラン(ICTES)とともに、均一な、透明な混合物が得られるまで加熱した。次いで2滴のジブチルスズジラウレートを加え、この混合物をさらに8撹拌した。この後、この混合物を室温まで冷却した。
Claims (16)
- コーティング材料の製造方法であって、少なくとも1種の官能基を含む1以上の有機分子、オリゴマーまたはポリマーが、有機側鎖上に少なくとも1種の有機官能基を含む1以上のシランと反応して、前記有機分子、オリゴマーまたはポリマーと前記シランとの間の共有結合を形成し、その結果として触媒によって直接硬化できる高分子量シランをもたらすことを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記得られる組成物がコーティング粉末または流動性のある樹脂の形態にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分子、オリゴマーまたはポリマー上の前記有機官能基の少なくとも20%、好ましくはすべてが、シラン上の有機官能基との反応によってその反応性を失うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 20重量%まで、好ましくは0.5〜50重量%のシラン(特にアミノシラン)、あるいはルイス酸またはルイス塩基、特に遷移金属錯体、遷移金属塩もしくは遷移金属粒子(好ましくはミクロン粒子もしくはナノ粒子の形態にある)が触媒として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記遷移金属錯体、塩または粒子が、チタン、アルミニウム、スズまたはジルコニウムの錯体であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 無機粒子または有機粒子、特にミクロン粒子、サブミクロン粒子またはナノ粒子が充填剤として添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 艶消し剤、湿式分散剤、UV吸収剤、UV安定剤、HALS安定剤、フリーラジカル捕捉剤、消泡剤、ワックス、殺生物剤、保存料、無機もしくは有機の充填剤、フルオロカーボン粒子、ワックスまたは色素が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング材料が、静電的に、摩擦電気的に、または湿式化学プロセスによって(特に噴霧、浸漬、フラッディング、ロールコーティング、ブラッシング、印刷、スピンコーティングによって)、ドクターナイフによって、または真空下で気化させることによって、基材に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基材が、金属、プラスチック、セラミック、コーティング物質、織物、布地、天然物(木材および皮革など)、ガラス、鉱物、特に合成もしくは天然の石(大理石および花崗岩など)、または複合材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 塗布後、前記コーティング材料が室温〜1,200℃、好ましくは室温〜250℃の範囲の温度で硬化でき、硬化は、好ましくは熱的に、マイクロ波照射、電子線照射、UV照射、またはこれらの組み合わせによってもたらされることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 硬化が、有機酸もしくは有機塩基の添加によって、またはUV光を用いて、ラジカル重合またはカチオン重合のための光開始剤を添加した後のラジカル重合またはカチオン重合によって室温でもたらされることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 耐スリキズ性の、防食性の、易洗浄性の、耐指紋性の、反射防止性の、防曇性の、スケール防止性の、防汚性の、木材保護用の、拡散障壁性の、および放射線防護用のコーティングを製造するための、または自浄性の、抗菌性の(antibakterielle)、抗菌性の(antimikrobielle)、耐化学薬品性の、トライボロジー用途の、または親水性コーティングとしての、ならびに(特に、組織成長を促進するため、および血液凝固に影響を及ぼすため、ならびに組織および移植片の処置のための)生物医学的用途における、請求項1から請求項15に記載の方法に従って製造されたコーティング材料の使用。
