Abstract
Description

Claims (27)
- プロファイルを有する患者への治療プランのデリバリにおいて、前記患者へデリバリされる放射線量を予測する方法であって、
前記患者の少なくとも一部分の第1の画像を生成するステップと、
前記患者に対する治療プランを定義するステップと、
前記患者が実質的に治療位置にある間に、前記患者の少なくとも一部分の第2の画像を生成するステップと、
前記第2の画像を用いて、前記患者のプロファイルを更新するステップと、
前記患者のプロファイルおよび前記治療プランに基づいて、前記患者へデリバリされる前記放射線量を予測するステップと
を備える方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記プロファイルが、実際のまたは意図された患者位置により少なくとも部分的に決定される、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記患者のプロファイルが、放射線療法をデリバリするデバイスに関連するデータを含み、前記デバイスのデータが、前記患者へデリバリされる前記放射線量を予測するために使用される、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記患者のプロファイルが動きデータを含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記患者プロファイルに基づくデリバリされる予測線量とデリバリされた既知の線量との組合せを決定するために、過去のデータを評価するステップを更に備える方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記治療プランのデリバリ中にデータを収集し、前記予測線量と、前記患者へデリバリされた実際の線量とを比較するステップを更に備える方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、少なくとも部分的に、前記予測線量に応じて、患者位置を変更するステップを更に備える方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記予測線量に応じて前記治療プランが変更される、方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記患者位置が治療中に変更される、方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記患者位置が、治療後に、続いて行われる治療のために変更される、方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記患者位置が、デリバリされる前記予測線量の予想される生物学的効果に基づいて変更される、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、デリバリされる線量を予測する前記ステップが、デフォーメーション可能なレジストレーションを使用することを含む、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法であって、デフォーメーション可能なレジストレーションが、患者構造の輪郭を特定するために使用される、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法であって、デフォーメーション可能なレジストレーションが、線量蓄積を求めるために使用される、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、現在の実時間の予測線量を生成するステップを更に備える方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法であって、前記現在の実時間の予測線量に基づいて、前記治療プランまたは患者位置を調整するために、フィードバックを使用するステップを更に備える方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、デリバリされた臨床的な線量および患者効果に関連するデータを取得し、前記予測線量と前記患者効果とを関連付ける生物学的モデルを適用するステップを更に備える方法。
- 患者へデリバリされる放射線量を決定する方法であって、
前記患者に対する治療プランを生成するステップと、
前記患者が実質的に治療位置にある間に、前記患者の少なくとも一部分の画像を取得するステップと、
複数の患者プロファイルのそれぞれに対して、前記患者へデリバリされるであろう複数の線量を計算するステップと、
前記治療プランをデリバリするために、前記患者プロファイルのうちの1つを選択するステップと
を備える方法。 - 請求項18に記載の方法であって、前記患者プロファイルが位置データを含む、方法。
- 請求項18に記載の方法であって、前記患者プロファイルが動きデータを含む、方法。
- 請求項18に記載の方法であって、取得された前記画像および前記治療プランからの画像を用いて、前記患者のレジストレーションを行うステップを更に備える方法。
- 患者にデリバリされる放射線量を決定する方法であって、
所定の治療プランに従って患者へ放射線をデリバリするステップと、
前記放射線のデリバリ中に前記患者の少なくとも一部分の画像を取得するステップと、
取得された前記画像に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記放射線のデリバリ中に放射線量を計算するステップと、
前記放射線のデリバリを変更すべきかどうか判定するステップと
を備える方法。 - 請求項22に記載の方法であって、計算された前記放射線量に応じて前記治療プランを変更するステップを更に備える方法。
- 請求項22に記載の方法であって、計算された前記放射線量に応じて前記患者の位置を調整するステップを更に備える方法。
- 請求項22に記載の方法であって、計算された前記放射線量に応じて前記放射線のデリバリを停止するステップを更に備える方法。
- 患者へデリバリされる放射線量を決定する方法であって、
前記患者に対する、第1の画像を含む治療プランを生成するステップと、
前記患者の少なくとも一部分の第2の画像を取得するステップと、
前記第2の画像に基づいて前記患者を配置するステップと、
前記第1の画像および前記患者位置に基づいて、前記患者へデリバリされる前記放射線量を予測するステップと
を備える方法。 - 請求項26に記載の方法であって、前記患者へデリバリされる前記放射線量を予測する前記ステップが、デフォーメーション可能なレジストレーションを使用することを含む、方法。
