Description
ここで、溶液中の銅は鉄含有硫化材を用いる転換によって硫化銅状になる。同種の鉄含有硫化材によって生じる転換反応は、例えば、溶液からニッケルおよび貴重な原料を回収するのに利用され、さらにニッケル−銅マット浸出で利用される。
本発明の方法を試すために、まず、以下の表1および表2に挙げた4つの個別の実験を行った。ここでは、黄銅鉱(CuFeS2)、斑銅鉱(Cu5FeS4)、および方輝銅鉱(Cu2-xS)などの銅を含有する銅鉱物を含む鉱物と、ケイ酸塩や酸化鉄などの脈石鉱物とを、例えば黄鉄鉱(FeS2)または硫ヒ鉄鉱(FeAsS)などの鉄含有硫化物が存在する中で転換した。処理した鉱物における脈石鉱物中のSiO2の総量は、5.2重量%であった。
Claims (14)
- 銅含有原料を浸出(4)し、該浸出生成物を硫化鉄(31)が含まれる材料の存在下で転換(7)して硫化銅(12)を採取する銅含有原料処理方法において、該転換で得られた硫化銅(12)をさらに処理する前に、該硫化銅(12)に対して脈石鉱物分離(13)を行うことを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記脈石鉱物の分離(13)は、浮遊選鉱によって行われることを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、前記硫化銅中の有価成分は、脈石鉱物分離(13)中に前記脈石鉱物から浮遊分離されることを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、前記脈石鉱物は、脈石鉱物分離(13)中に、前記硫化銅中の有価成分から浮遊分離されることを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、脈石鉱物の分離(13)は、比重量の差に基づいて行われることを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記脈石鉱物の分離(13)を向上させるために、該脈石鉱物の除去より先行する硫化銅転換(7)を170〜260℃の温度範囲で実行することを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記脈石鉱物の分離(13)を向上させるために、該脈石鉱物除去より先行する硫化銅転換(7)を好ましくは200〜220℃の温度範囲で実行することを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記脈石鉱物分離(13)で採取された脈石鉱物の生成物(16)を、前記転換(7)より先行する浸出(4)に送ることを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記脈石鉱物分離(13)で採取された脈石鉱物生成物(16)を、前記転換より先行する銅含有鉱石の選鉱(2)に送ることを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記脈石鉱物分離(13)で採取された脈石鉱物生成物(16)を、無機電極を使用して電気化学的に調整される浸出または浮遊選鉱などのさらなる処理に送ることを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記脈石鉱物分離(13)で採取された硫化銅生成物(14)を、生銅を製造する溶解炉に送ることを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、無機電極を用いる電気化学的ポテンシャル測定を、前記脈石鉱物の分離(13)で利用することを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、交流分光測定法を前記脈石鉱物の分離(13)で利用することを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記転換(7)で採取された硫化銅原料(12)から水を分離すると共に、塩化物および/またはフッ化物などのハロゲン化物を分離することを特徴とする銅含有原料処理方法。
