Abstract
Description
I.場合により付着改質されるフッ化ポリマー成形材料および場合により付着改質されるポリオレフィン成形材料から選択される内側の層I;
II.以下に挙げるa)〜d)の組成
a)以下のモノマー:
− グラフトコポリマーに関して0.5〜25質量%の、少なくとも4個、有利には少なくとも8個、特に有利には少なくとも11個の窒素原子と、有利には少なくとも146g/モル、特に有利には少なくとも500g/モル、殊に有利には少なくとも800g/モルの平均分子量Mnとを有するポリアミンならびに
− ラクタム、ω−アミノカルボン酸および/またはジアミンとジカルボン酸との等モルの組み合わせから選択されるポリアミド形成モノマーを使用しながら製造されるグラフトコポリマー0〜80質量部、有利には1〜60質量部、特に有利には3〜40質量部
b)ポリアミド0〜100質量部、有利には10〜75質量部、特に有利には25〜65質量部
c)フッ化ポリマーおよびポリオレフィンから選択されるポリマー0〜85質量部、有利には5〜75質量部、特に有利には10〜65質量部、殊に有利には20〜55質量部
ただし、a)、b)およびc)の質量部の合計が100であり、かつ付加的に、
− 成分a)およびb)の合計中、少なくとも20質量部、有利には少なくとも40質量部、特に有利には少なくとも60質量部が、カプロラクタムおよび/または以下の組み合わせ、ヘキサメチレンジアミン/アジピン酸、ヘキサメチレンジアミン/コルク酸、ヘキサメチレンジアミン/セバシン酸、ヘキサメチレンジアミン/ドデカン二酸、ヘキサメチレンジアミン/イソフタル酸またはヘキサメチレンジアミン/テレフタル酸に由来するモノマー単位から成り、
d)耐衝撃性化するゴムおよび/または一般的な助剤もしくは添加剤から選択される添加物最大50質量部、有利には最大30質量部、特に有利には最大20質量部を有する結合剤層II;
III.EVOH成形材料から成る層IIIを有している多層複合材により解決される。
− フッ化ポリマーが、組み込まれた官能基、例えばUS5576106、US−A−2003148125、US−A−2003035914、US−A−2002104575、JP−A−10311461、EP−A−0726293、EP−A−0992518またはWO9728394に記載されているような酸無水物基またはカルボネート基を有するか、または;
− フッ化ポリマー成形材料が、フッ化ポリマーと混合可能または少なくとも相容可能な、官能基を有するポリマーを有する。その種の系は例えばEP−A−0637511もしくはこれと等価のUS5510160ならびにEP−A−0673762もしくはこれと等価のUS5554426に開示されており、これをもってその内容を本明細書に引用したものとする。EP−A−0673762の改質されたフッ化ポリマーは、
− PVDF97.5〜50質量%、有利には97.5〜80質量%、特に有利には96〜90質量%と、
− アクリレートコポリマー2.5〜50質量%、有利には2.5〜20質量%、特に有利には4〜10質量%と
から成っており、このアクリレートコポリマーは少なくとも以下の基本構成要素、すなわち:
i)エステル構成要素14〜85質量%、
ii)イミド構成要素0〜75質量%、
iii)カルボン酸構成要素0〜15質量%および
iiii)カルボン酸無水物構成要素7〜20質量部
を有している。
− ポリビニルアミン(Roempp Chemie Lexikon、第9版、第6巻、第4921頁、Georg Thieme出版、Stuttgart、1992年);
− 交互ポリケトンから製造されるポリアミン(DE−OS19654058);
− デンドリマー、例えば
((H2N-(CH2)3)2N-(CH2)3)2-N(CH2)2-N((CH2)2-N((CH2)3-NH2)2)2
(DE−A−19654179)または
トリス(2−アミノエチル)アミン、N,N−ビス(2−アミノエチル)−N′,N′−ビス[2−[ビス(2−アミノエチル)アミノ]−エチル]−1,2−エタンジアミン、3,15−ビス(2−アミノエチル)−6,12−ビス[2−[ビス(2−アミノエチル)アミノ]エチル]−9−[2−[ビス[2−ビス(2−アミノエチル)アミノ]エチル]アミノ]エチル]3,6,9,12,15−ペンタアザヘプタデカン−1,17−ジアミン(J.M.Warakomski、Chem.Mat.、1992年4月、1000〜1004);
− 4,5−ジヒドロ−1,3−オキサゾールの重合と引き続いての加水分解とにより製造され得る線状ポリエチレンイミン(Houben−Weyl、Methoden der Organischen Chemie、E20巻、第1482頁〜第1487頁、Georg Thieme出版、Stuttgart、1987年);
− アジリジンの重合により得られる枝分かれポリエチレンイミン(Houben−Weyl、Methoden der Organischen Chemie、E20巻、第1482頁〜第1487頁、Georg Thieme出版、Stuttgart、1987年)。この枝分かれポリエチレンイミンは一般に以下のアミノ基分布、すなわち:
第1のアミノ基25〜46%、
第2のアミノ基30〜45%および
第3のアミノ基16〜40%
を有している。
フッ化ポリマー1:
EP−A−0673762による、市場で一般的な95質量%のPVDFと5質量%のポリグルタルイミドとから成る混合物であって、ポリグルタルイミドは以下の基本構成要素、すなわち:
メチルメタクリレート57質量%、
N−メチルグルタルイミド−タイプ30質量%、
メタアクリル酸3質量%および
グルタル酸無水物−タイプ10質量%
(溶融物中でのメチルアミンの水溶液とのエチルメタクリレートの反応により製造される)
から構成されている。
フッ化ポリマー2:
Daikin Industries Ltd社(日本)のNEOFLONR RP 5000、改質されたEFEP
フッ化ポリマー3:
Daikin Industries Ltd社(日本)のNEOFLONR RP 5000 AS、電気伝導性に調節され改質されたEFEP
ポリオレフィン1:
STAMYLANR P 83 MF 10、DSM Deutschland GmbH社のPP−コポリマー
ポリオレフィン2:
VESTOLENR A 6013、DSM Deutschland GmbH社のPE−HD。
グラフトコポリマーの製造:
9.5kgのラウリンラクタムを180℃〜210℃の加熱塔内で溶解し、耐圧性の重縮合塔内に移送し、引き続いて475gの水と0.54gの次亜リン酸とを供給する。ラクタム分離を280℃で、生じた固有圧力下で実施し、その後3時間5バールの残留水蒸気圧に弛緩し、500gのポリエチレンイミン(BASF AG社(Ludwigshafen)のLUPASOL G 100)ならびに15gのドデカン二酸を配量する。両成分を、生じた固有圧力下で処理し、引き続いて大気圧に弛緩し、その後2時間280℃で窒素を溶融物上に導く。クリアな溶融物を、溶融物ポンプを介してストランドとして排出し、水浴内で冷却し、引き続いて顆粒化する。
HV1:
12.6kgのPA6(BASF AG社のULTRAMIDR B4)と、22.82kgのフッ化ポリマー2と、5.0kgのグラフトコポリマーとを、Berstorff社のツインスクリュー式ニーダZE 25 33Dで、270℃、150rpmならびに10kg/hの処理能力でもって溶融物混合し、ストランドとして押し出し、顆粒化する。
HV2:
PA6(BASF AG社のULTRAMIDR B4)
HV3:
HV1に同じ。ただし、フッ化ポリマー2が、無水マレイン酸グラフトポリプロピレン(Mitsui Chemicals Inc.社(日本)のADMERR QB 520 E)に代替されている点で相違する。
HV4:
HV1に同じ。ただし、フッ化ポリマー2が、無水マレイン酸グラフトポリエチレン(Mitsui Chemicals Inc.社(日本)のADMERR NF 408 E)に代替されている点で相違する。
HV5:
Berstorff社のツインスクリュー式押出機ZE25を用いて、280℃で、35.3質量%のVESTAMIDR D22(Degussa AG社のPA612)と、48.1質量%のULTRAMIDR B5W(BASF AG社のPA6)と、10.7質量%のグラフトコポリマーと、5.4質量%のEXXELORR VA1803(EXXON社の、無水マレイン酸により官能化されたエチレン−プロピレン−ゴム)とから成る完全な混合物を製造し、ストランドとして押し出し、顆粒化し、乾燥する。
EVALR F101、KURARAY社の、32モル%のエチレンを有するEVOH。
PA12:
Degussa AG社の、耐衝撃性改質され軟化されたポリアミド(VESTAMIDR X 7293)
ポリオレフィン2:
上に同じ。
2つの45型押出機および3つの30型押出機を装備した5層用設備で、8×1mmの寸法を有する管を、約12m/分の押出速度で製造する。
例1〜5の管において、フッ化ポリマー内層もしくはポリオレフィン内層とEVOH層との間の付着は、押出後すぐにも、燃料貯蔵(CM 15、つまりイソオクタン42.5体積%と、トルオール42.5体積%と、メタノール15体積%とから成る試験燃料を80℃で週毎に燃料交換しながら1000時間内面接触させた状態で貯蔵)後にも、極めて高く、複合材はこの箇所で分離することはなかった。
Claims (16)
- 多層複合材において、以下に挙げるI〜IIIの層:
I.フッ化ポリマー成形材料およびポリオレフィン成形材料から選択される内側の層I;
II.以下に挙げるa)〜d)の組成:
a)以下のモノマー:
− グラフトコポリマーに関して0.5〜25質量%の、少なくとも4個の窒素原子を有するポリアミンならびに
− ラクタム、ω−アミノカルボン酸および/またはジアミンとジカルボン酸との等モルの組み合わせから選択されるポリアミド形成モノマーを使用しながら製造されるグラフトコポリマー0〜80質量部
b)ポリアミド0〜100質量部
c)フッ化ポリマーおよびポリオレフィンから選択されるポリマー0〜85質量部
ただし、a)、b)およびc)の質量部の合計が100であり、かつ付加的に、
− 成分a)およびb)の合計中、少なくとも20質量部が、カプロラクタムおよび/または以下の組み合わせ、ヘキサメチレンジアミン/アジピン酸、ヘキサメチレンジアミン/コルク酸、ヘキサメチレンジアミン/セバシン酸、ヘキサメチレンジアミン/ドデカン二酸、ヘキサメチレンジアミン/イソフタル酸またはヘキサメチレンジアミン/テレフタル酸に由来するモノマー単位から成り、
d)耐衝撃性化するゴムおよび/または一般的な助剤もしくは添加剤から選択される添加物最大50質量部を有する結合剤層II;
III.EVOH成形材料から成る層IIIを有していることを特徴とする多層複合材。 - 成分II.a)1〜60質量部および/または
成分II.b)10〜75質量部が含まれている、
請求項1記載の多層複合材。 - 成分II.a)3〜40質量部および/または
成分II.b)25〜65質量部が含まれている、
請求項1記載の多層複合材。 - 成分II.c)5〜75質量部が含まれている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材。
- 成分II.c)10〜65質量部が含まれている、請求項4記載の多層複合材。
- 成分II.c)20〜55質量部が含まれている、請求項4記載の多層複合材。
- フッ化ポリマーとして、以下のグループ、すなわちPVDF、ETFE、第3成分により改質されるETFE、E−CTFE、PCTFE、THV、FEPおよびPFAから選択されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材。
- ポリオレフィンとして、ポリエチレンまたはアイソタクチックポリプロピレンが使用される、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材。
- フッ化ポリマーもしくはポリオレフィンが付着改質されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材。
- 成分II.b)のポリアミドが、PA6、PA66、PA6/66、PA68、PA610、PA612、ヘキサメチレンジアミンならびにイソフタル酸および/またはテレフタル酸から成るポリアミドまたはその混合物を有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材。
- 多層複合材が付加的に、層IIIに適当な結合剤を介して結合される、ポリアミド成形材料またはポリオレフィン成形材料から成る層を有している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材。
- 多層複合材が管または中空体である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材。
- 多層複合材が、完全にまたは部分領域でコルゲート化されている管である、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材。
- 多層複合材が燃料管路、ブレーキ液管路、冷却液管路、液圧媒体管路、給油所管路、空調装置管路、ベーパライン、容器または注入管片である、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材。
- 複合材に属する層のうちの1つまたは付加的な内層が電気伝導性に構成されている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材。
- 多層複合材が共押出、コーティング、多成分射出成形または共押出吹込成形により製造される、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材。
