Claims (16)

1. Многослойный комбинированный материал, который содержит следующие слои:
I) внутренний слой I, который выбран из фторолефиновой или полиолефиновой формовочной массы;
II) адгезионный слой II следующего состава:
a) от 0 до 80 вес. ч. привитого сополимера, полученного с применением следующих мономеров:
от 0,5 до 25 вес.% (в расчете на привитой сополимер) полиамина, содержащего, по крайней мере, 4 атома азота, а также образующий полиамид мономер, выбранный из лактамов, ω'-аминокарбоновых кислот и/или эквимолярной комбинации диамина и ди-карбоновой кислоты;
b) от 0 до 100 вес. ч. полиамида,
c) от 0 до 85 вес. ч. полимера, выбранного из фторполимеров и полиолефинов,
причем сумма вес. ч. а), b) и с) составляет 100, дополнительно при этом
в сумме компонентов а) и b), по крайней мере, 20 вес. ч. составляют мономерные звенья, происходящие от капролактама и/или комбинации гексаметилендиамин/адипиновая кислота, гексаметилендиамин/пробковая кислота, гексаметилендиамин/себациновая кислота, гексаметилендиамин/додекандикарбоновая кислота, гексаметилендиамин/изофталевая кислота или гексаметилендиамин/терефталевая кислота;
d) не более 50 вес. ч. добавки, выбранной из эластифицированного каучука и/или обычных вспомогательных материалов и наполнителей;
III) слой III из ЭВС-формовочной массы.
2. Многослойный комбинированный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он
содержит компонент II) а) в количестве от 1 до 60 вес. ч. и/или
компонент II) b) в количестве от 10 до 75 вес. ч.
3. Многослойный комбинированный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он
- содержит компонент II) а) в количестве от 3 до 40 вес. ч. и/или
содержит компонент II) b) в количестве от 25 до 65 вес. ч.
4. Многослойный комбинированный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит от 5 до 75 вес. ч. компонента II) с).
5. Многослойный комбинированный материал по п.4, отличающийся тем, что он содержит от 10 до 65 вес. ч. компонента II) с).
6. Многослойный комбинированный материал по п.4, отличающийся тем, что он содержит от 20 до 55 вес. ч. компонента II) с.
7. Многослойный комбинированный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что фторполимер выбран из группы: ПВДФ, ЭТФЭ, модифицированный теркомпонентом ЭТФЭ, Э-ХТФЭ, ТГВ, ФЭП и ПФА.
8. Многослойный комбинированный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он в качестве полиолефина содержит полиэтилен или изотактический полипропилен.
9. Многослойный комбинированный материал по п.1 отличающийся тем, что фторполимер или полиолефин модифицированы для повышения адгезии.
10. Многослойный комбинированный материал, по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиамид компонента II) b) содержит ПА 6, ПА 66, ПА 6/66, ПА 68, ПА 610, ПА 612, полиамид из гексаметилендиамина и изофталевой кислоты и/или терефталевой кислоты или их смеси.
11. Многослойный комбинированный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит слой, соединенный со слоем III с помощью подходящего адгезионного средства и состоящий из полиамидной или полиолефиновой формовочной массы.
12. Многослойный комбинированный материал по пп.1-11, отличающийся тем, что он представляет собой трубку или полый предмет.
13. Многослойный комбинированный материал по пп.1-11, отличающийся тем, что он представляет собой трубку, гофрированную полностью или только на отдельных участках.
14. Многослойный комбинированный материал по пп.1-11, отличающийся тем, что он представляет собой топливопровод, трубопровод тормозного привода, трубопровод для циркуляции охлаждающей жидкости или гидравлической жидкости, систему труб бензоколонки или кондиционера, паропровод, емкость или загрузочный патрубок.
15. Многослойный комбинированный материал по пп.1-11, отличающийся тем, что один из слоев материала или дополнительный внутренний слой является электропроводным.
16. Многослойный комбинированный материал по пп.1-11, отличающийся тем, что он изготавлен путем соэкструзии, наслаивания, многокомпонентного литьевого формования, или соэкструзионным формованием с раздувом.
