Abstract

Claims (23)
- 長手方向軸に沿った複数のチャネルを有する管状の部材と、
前記管状の部材の近端部に配置されたハンドルと、
ヒンジによって前記管状の部材の遠端部に枢動自在に接続された2つまたはそれ以上のアームと、
を備え、
前記アームが、内視鏡手術ツールを受けるように適用された、前記アームを通るガイディングチャネルを有する内視鏡手術装置。 - 前記管状の部材の前記遠端部が、関着する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記管状の部材が、その近端部から順に、前記ハンドルと結合されたシャフト部分、前記シャフト部分と結合された一連の脊椎、および前記一連の脊椎の最も遠位の脊椎と結合されたヘッド部材を備え、前記ヘッド部材が、前記アームが枢動自在に接続された前記遠端部である、請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記ヘッド部材が、前記一連の脊椎から脱着可能であり、かつ異なる構成のヘッド部材と交換可能である、請求項3に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記脊椎が、前記管状の部材の前記遠端部が関着するように前記ハンドル上の制御部を介して互いに対して移動可能である、請求項3に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記ハンドルが、閉位置と開位置の間で前記アームを枢動させるための機構を備える、請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記機構が、前記アームを任意の選択された位置にロックすることを可能にする、請求項6に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記アームが、前記アームが枢動されるとき、手術部位の組織を把持するようになされる、請求項6に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記アームが、前記アームが枢動されるとき、組織を切断するようになされる刃部分を備える、請求項6に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記アームが、前記アームが枢動されるとき、組織を変位させるようになされる、請求項6に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記アームが、前記管状の部材の前記遠端部に脱着可能に接続され、かつ異なる構成のアームと交換可能である請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記チャネルの1つが、画像伝送のための光学チャネルであり、かつ前記チャネルの少なくとも1つの他のものが光の伝送のための照明チャネルである、請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記アームが、閉位置を有し、かつ前記アームが前記閉位置にあるとき、開口部が、前記光学チャネルを介しての手術部位の視認のため、および前記少なくとも1つの照明チャネルを介しての手術部位の照明のために画定される、請求項12に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記アームが前記閉位置にあるとき、前記アームは、内視鏡手術装置の体内への挿入中、組織を一時的に変位させるようになされる閉塞具形状を形成する、請求項13に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記管状の部材が、内視鏡手術ツールを受けるようになされる少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを備える、請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記アームが、前記作業チャネルを通って走る前記内視鏡手術ツールを偏位させるためにその上に形成された偏位部材を備える、請求項15に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記管状の部材が、可撓性のプラスチック材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記ハンドルが、手術部位を視認するために光学チャネルを使用するカメラを制御するための制御部を備える、請求項12に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 少なくとも1つのチャネルが、流体または気体物質を手術部位へ移送するようになされる、請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 少なくとも1つのチャネルが、流体、気体または固体物質を手術部位から除去するようになされる、請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記管状の部材の前記遠端部が、前記管状の部材の前記近端部から電気的に絶縁される、請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記管状の部材の前記遠端部での周囲気圧が、前記管状の部材の前記長手方向軸に沿った前記チャネルの1つを介して監視されうる、請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 長手方向軸に沿った複数のチャネルを有する管状の部材と、
前記管状の部材の近端部に配置されたハンドルと、
内視鏡手術ツールを受けるように適用された、前記アームを通るガイディングチャネルを有する前記管状の部材の遠端部に脱着可能に接続された2つまたはそれ以上の手術ツールガイド部材と、
を備え、
前記手術ツールガイド部材が、異なる構成の他の手術ツールガイド部材と交換可能である、内視鏡手術装置。
